JI Hotel (Hegang Railway Station)

The stay was fantastic! Upon entering the hotel, the lobby was spacious and bright, with a stylish and elegant decor. The front desk staff was friendly and professional, and check-in was quick and easy. The room was clean and tidy, with soft and comfortable bedding and a mattress with just the right firmness for a good night's sleep. The bathroom had separate wet and dry areas, and the bathroom fixtures were brand new and smart, along with high-quality toiletries. The hotel's breakfast buffet was rich and varied, with both Chinese and Western dishes, and the taste was amazing! Highly recommended! I would stay here again!

I've stayed here several times. The location is very convenient. The front desk service is very good. The room is relatively new. I asked the front desk for a quiet room and they arranged one. It has an indoor window, but it is indeed very quiet and the soundproofing is good.

The room was very clean, and the front desk service was super, super good. The receptionist was beautiful, nice, and generous. I loved the 40-yuan breakfast the most; many hotels don't have a buffet of this scale. They had coffee, a toaster, stir-fried green beans, pork belly, steamed dumplings, and hot noodles. I got a silver card, which included breakfast. I was late running errands today, and the front desk clerk cleaned my luggage and even helpfully printed documents for me. Thank you so much! The service was excellent. The stress-relieving king-size room was quiet.

I'd requested a quiet room away from the elevators, as noted on the Ctrip app. I negotiated for a fee at check-in, even though they offered a worthless breakfast. I declined. I was given a room next to the elevator, facing the train tracks. Fortunately, the Four Seasons Hotel was well-equipped with excellent soundproofing, so I could barely hear the elevator or train noise. The Ctrip app request ultimately became a business objective for the hotel.

The room was nice, newly renovated, and the location was okay. It was just a train passing by, and it was too hot and stuffy without opening the windows. It was steaming hot as soon as you entered the room, but everything else was fine. They provided plenty of mineral water in the room, probably because they knew it would be hot. It was quite dry.

很失望的全季了，先是前台不停推銷，然後是房間隔音很差，隔壁還有開小時房嗷嗷叫的，大下午的很吵鬧。鶴崗還是不錯的，但是這個酒店不推薦。唯一優點 停車方便停車場很方便

酒店位置好，周邊吃飯外賣很方便，停車方便，早餐豐盛，床舒服，電視網絡信號好，旁邊就是火車站，但是雙層玻璃也不感覺吵。

酒店地理位置優勢明顯，交通便利。前台大氣，設計風格獨特時尚，接待人員熱情周到，服務細緻温暖。房間寬敞整潔，設施齊全風格獨特，讓人感覺舒適温馨典雅。酒店管理運營規範嚴謹，房間衞生狀況良好，床品和衞生間用品都乾淨清潔，浴品質量優良。酒店早餐的豐富美味有待進一步提高。
