Reviews of Hotel Villa Marstall

The hotel is in a good location, right next to the Old Bridge and Heidelberg University. The restaurant in the basement feels great. The hotel door was always locked and required a room card or password. There was actually a staff member there, so I had to wait at the door until 3 o'clock to check in.

There is no front desk from 3:30 to 4:30 in the afternoon, but they will send you text messages and emails, which is not very comfortable. The advantage is that the location is excellent, the room is right by the lake, the room is quite large and comfortable.

Suitable for travel and convenient for dining

Breakfast was very delicious. The staff were also very friendly.

在海德堡老城區，走1分鐘就是老橋，前台老太太樂於交談，會反覆確認是否學會自己開門禁，房間不大但很有情懷

就在老城的河邊，我頂樓的房間不但可以看到河景，還可以看到老橋和城堡，窗框成了畫框，太美了。房間裏沒有電熱水壺，我去詢問有沒有熱水，前台很客氣地給了我一個，還給了杯子。

非常棒的酒店。乾淨，位置好，在內卡河邊，離老橋幾分鐘步行即到，旁邊就是海德堡大學食堂，門口有公交站，雖然靠近河邊，但是很安靜。內飾不奢華，但是很温馨。提前發郵件溝通入住時間，回覆快，前台服務效率高，也很周到。工作人員下班後，用密碼自行出入也很方便。很喜歡，以後還會選擇入住。
