There is really no choice as all other hotels are full, so I can only choose here. Not to mention the older ones, the smell of cigarette smoke is everywhere every time you open the door. Thank you very much for the great service and the great service from the lady at the front desk!

The bed sheets here are definitely not washed and changed. I stayed for 2 days in a row and had to change rooms once because of the smell in the room. The result was a rash all over the place. It was super scary. This is the first time I booked this in a chain hotel. I will never stay here again.

其實有這些毛病 平時也就懶得評價了..
最無法理解的有兩件事：
1、大概提前一週預訂的房間，備註遠離電梯，但是入住當天才告知所訂房型都臨電梯，可以重新預訂，但是當日價格和提前定肯定不一樣啊，為什麼不提前告知呢
2、重點在這：昨晚10-11:30期間被送餐機器人吵醒無數次，十一點多實在忍不了了打了前台電話説明情況，前台原話：晚上就我一個人，送不過來，不能避免這個事情。請問，當住客出現被打擾休息的情況 不是你應該解決的問題嗎？（外賣員送餐，或者告知訂餐房間太晚需要自行下樓取 都可以解決問題）你説不能避免？一直有人訂餐 我一晚不睡了？確實被打擾的一晚沒睡好。
華住會現在員工都不培訓的嗎？再也不來住了

В целом неплохой отель, сделан ремонт , номера небольшие но чистые , единственное маленькие по размеру кровати и сильно жесткий матрас , минус в номере нет холодильника, номер вроде для некурящих но в номере пахло куревом , и постоянно откуда то несло табаком что под вечер было тяжело дышать , нас заселили в номер на 7 этаже почти напротив находилась прачка спать невозможно где то до 24:00 все стучит гремит , но это еще как повезет что стирка до 24:00 а так круглосуточно.
