We are from Shanghai. It's our first time to go to the northernmost and coldest Heihe to experience the winter in Heihe. We are very satisfied with the hotel service attitude. They also helped us call a taxi. The hotel is clean. The room is big enough for us to play around. The breakfast is good and full. The transportation is convenient. You can take a taxi or rent a bicycle nearby. Heihe is a little backward, but the local people are still enthusiastic.

The hotel looks good on the surface, but it is actually quite different. The bed is 1.1 meters which is quite narrow. Although the bedding is new, the pillow and quilt smell very strongly of cigarette smoke and I couldn't sleep.
