Nice hotel , the restaurant on the first floor is delicious. The hotel provide simple Chinese breakfast, yummy!

I am Thai🇹🇭. I stayed in a room for three people for two days. The cleanliness was still not up to standard, and the bathroom had a slight smell. However, on December 30, 2024, it snowed at night. When I woke up and looked out the window, everything was covered in snow. It was incredibly beautiful, like a scene from a fairy tale. The free food provided was steamed buns, boiled eggs, and bland rice porridge, which were just okay. But don’t forget to ask for a WeChat taxi contact because taxis are very limited. Just in case there’s no car available for the return trip from Tagong.

Not worth breakfast include

It is aa bit far from Heishui town but I choose this hotel because it has nice view. The hotel has restaurant which is quite tasty.

Location is good near Bipenggou entrance and good service

We stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel is clean and has complete amenities. The service is very good from all the staff here. They’re really friendly and helpful. We drank the original tea and learned how to brew it. The food they served us was plentiful and delicious. They were really kind. We used the translator to communicate, it was really fun. Next time we will definitely come back. 😊💕

Room is good but the door of the bathroom is like semi see through so you might feel uncomfortable sometimes. Location is near Dagu gracier. Pork bun is good but not less choice kf breakfast. The staff at the eestaurant is really rude to me and my friends from the same trip. My friend ask for the noodle as a breakfast and she shared the bowel with me when she got up from the table to look for the sourvenior the staff came quickly to clean up the table although I still sat and ate breakfast with out asking any question like she intended to do all the time like want to force us to leave. The staff claimed that my friend was full but you should not do something like this if other people from the same group still sit on the table. Bad manner for me.

I loved staying here. Rooms are clean, bathroom was clean, the room had floor heating. I came here to climb the San Ao snow mountain and this hotel served as a base for me to first get acclimatize and then finally climb. I booked for 3 nights and then extended by one more night. Also, the restaurant attached to this hotel is super busy. That means they have good food.

We stay in a triple room with contemporary design. However, the toilet is wet most of the time. We suspected there is leakage somewhere. The door lock from inside is broken. We can hear the noise from corridor as it is not sound proof. With this price, we cannot expect much but overall it is not bad. The hotel can improve their toilet design and repair whatever is required.

Room is very dirty facility fail many things broken. Water came put from shower area. The cattle still have boiled tea inside. We cant use towel because they still wet and dirty smell like smoke and have some black dirt on it.It was a nightmare here.

It’s convenient to go to Dagu Glacier. Clean and very helpful staff.

Need to have a car or can deal a taxi to pick you up/to either downtown or Dagu Glacier. Hotel room is quite spacious and have all the necessary amenities. Hotel also have the restaurant downstairs where you can have the meal with reasonable price.
