JianGuo Hotel HeKou

Awesome! The deluxe king room was incredibly good value. The bathroom had a huge tub with views of the Red River and the country across. Breakfast was especially delicious, and there's a pool and gym too. What's even better is that the prices didn't go up dramatically during the May Day holiday.

Aside from the front desk staff having a really bad attitude, everything else about the hotel was great. It's a very high-end and luxurious hotel. The breakfast was rich and delicious, and parking was convenient. There's a large supermarket right downstairs, making it feel like the best hotel in Hekou.

I was here for a trip, and the hotel is only a four to five-minute walk from the border crossing. The hotel is clean and hygienic, with spacious rooms and a great wet/dry separation in the bathroom. All the facilities are very new and complete. Parking is easy, and they even gave us a free room upgrade when we checked in. I highly recommend this hotel; its high level of comfort truly enhanced our trip.

This is a new hotel. The room size is up to standard, and there are no strange odors. The room design is new, stylish, and chic. The bedding and disposable amenities are also of good quality. The front desk staff's service is also great 👍

Came to Hekou with my family and found this hotel to be excellent. Parking is convenient, and the underground parking lot even has slow chargers. The room is very spacious, the bedding is comfortable, and the facilities are complete, clean, and tidy. Breakfast is also good. The hotel's location is a bit far from the border crossing, but Hekou isn't very big, so it's still quite convenient.

The environment and location are great, and the cleaning is pretty good. Breakfast was quite rich, but the staff's service attitude was a bit lukewarm and unresponsive. During breakfast, the staff were standing around, chatting and laughing together. When I asked how to use the toaster, no one paid attention to me. After asking several times, one person reluctantly came over and very grudgingly helped me out. Turns out it was a manual pop-up toaster, which I really hadn't used before...

The room was spacious and clean, with high-end, modern amenities, exactly what you'd expect from a five-star hotel. From the window, you get a great view of Vietnam across the river and our side's river mouth. The breakfast had everything imaginable, and the freshly ground coffee was particularly delicious.

However, the service was average, especially from the staff at the main entrance who seemed to lack service awareness, only telling you where to park. Overall, it's the most cost-effective five-star hotel.

Extremely clean and comfortable, truly deserving of its reputation as the only five-star hotel in Hekou. The experience was fantastic! Breakfast was also very rich and varied. It's not far from the city center or the border crossing, and the riverside scenery is absolutely stunning!
