酒店位置很好，步行覆蓋了河口的所有景點，樓下就是口岸道口和河口老站，觀景房分到了4樓，鐵路橋看不着，但人行橋可以看到。老牌三星酒店，酒店很大，應該是鐵路局下的，設施略微有點老舊，房門不能反鎖，一定關好下水道，不然蟲子很多，部分插座有鬆動，隔音一般，給的廁紙非常地粗糙。但乾淨還是蠻乾淨的。

除了設施有點老，其他都還不錯，符合三星標準。主要還是這裏位置好，離各口岸景點就幾百米，算是關口附近1公里內規模最大最正規的酒店了。一定選景觀房，可以看中越兩岸風景，適合旅遊來住一晚上的遊客。

酒店不是24小時提供熱水洗澡，而且發生了不愉快，還是希望能24小時有熱水，酒店位置好，能看到越南，住了好多次，一直還可以，中午火車到的想洗澡睡午覺，沒熱水，而且阿姨進門美敲門，我穿的少，早晨醒早了，洗澡收拾撤退，又沒熱水，還吵了一架，前台沒權限，前台説酒店經理還聯繫不上，總之一言難盡

酒店位置很好，就在人員出入境進出口岸，在酒店房間裏就能看見口岸和連接越南口岸大橋來去的人。酒店衞生乾淨，熱水也充足，空調也不錯👍！有自己的停車場，很方便停車。早餐比較容易，但能保證吃飽！衹是吧枱女士態度比較冷淡，可能心情不好吧或身體不適。
