This was an overnight stay driving through San Antonio to Austin. I needed to rest and this stay was far from it. Walls are so thin. I could hear my neighbors very clearly. Toilet was running the entire night and when I called the front desk they said they would have maintenance look at it in the morning. They suggested jiggling the handle which did not work. I called and asked for help again or switch rooms. They said they are not authorized to switch rooms, but I could purchase a new room. I mentioned to a manager in the morning as well as she said she would get maintenance to look at it again. No apology was ever offered the 4 times I asked for help. No refund or even partial refund. I was so exhausted and so cold I ended up sleeping in my car overnight

Had to wait about 10 minutes for a person to come to the front desk to check us in. Morning breakfast was not what was advertised.

This property is very kid-friendly but don't waste your time with the continental breakfast - 15 minutes left on the schedule and they had put almost everything away and run out of coffee. Then our coffee maker in the room didn't work. They brought a different one but it didn't make up for the double whammie of the cheap and scarce 'breakfast'.

Breakfast was gone 30 minutes before ended. Front desk personnel and employee promised to bring more food but did not and instead of apologizing were very rude and made us feel very unconfortable.

We had an amazing stay. Even though they had limited staff, they were able to provide great service. The breakfast was amazing!

The service was great but as soon as you walk into the room you can smell the dirty carpet. The beds are hard as a rock. Not comfortable at all.

Room reeked of cigarette smoke despite being a non-smoking room. Bathroom was in poor condition. No water available at breakfast.

Terrible stay. Room smelled like mildew, breakfast was disgusting and cold, missing items. Does not appear like in photos at all. No gym unlike photos. Business center was closed- no printer available. Worst hotel experience that I have had in years. Gross.
