Very classical hotel conveniently located at the city centre. Great service. Spacious room.

The room was clean, modern, and functional in every way. All necessary amenities were available and in working order. The ventilation control panel might have been faulty, as I couldn't get it to work despite several attempts to raise the temperature. The doors slammed loudly when closed. A neighbor woke me up in the morning while checking out of the hotel. The staff was very polite, helpful, and attentive to my complaints.

They weren't bad. I really liked the staff. They're friendly.

Clean, Cozy and close to the central station and everything. Very good for the money when you think about how expensive everything is in Northern Europe. All the staffs I met were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also amazing. Try their oldest elevator located in the centre of the building.

Although it's an older hotel, the hygiene is still acceptable. The only downside is that it's several hundred meters from the tram stop, requiring a walk.

The counter staff is very friendly and it is about a 7-minute walk from the station.

Interesting building, single rooms very small, as are the two elevators, a bit museum-like.

The hotel has an excellent location, a 10-minute walk from the train station. There are also large shopping malls and supermarkets near the hotel, which is very convenient for shopping. It is also very close to the bus station, and the price/performance ratio is very high.

The location is very good, just a few minutes walk from Helsinki train station. The location is prosperous and it is very convenient to go to the shopping pedestrian street and various tram stations. The hotel is an old European-style building, and the lobby is beautifully decorated, especially the old-fashioned elevator which is very interesting. The hotel front desk staff are also very nice. The room is relatively small, decorated in Nordic minimalist style, clean and exquisite.
