I didn’t receive any info/code on how to enter the apartment, so I had to call and ask for help. The call took 18 min, operator slowly asked me many questions - passport, phone, email and said that he will send code via phone and mail. I still have not received anything. At the end of the call he told me the code verbally.
As a result, I was charged 180€ (i.e. 10€ per minute) for this call - ***?! I want to get my money back!

The transportation is convenient, less than ten minutes' walk from the central train station, there is a restaurant downstairs, and the view is right outside the door. It only takes about 5 minutes to walk to the Campi Chapel and the lighthouse. Good value for money.
