Didn't receive breakfast for 3 days horrible selection of breakfast in a box. Dirty room no air conditioning small fan full of dust, not working properly. Receptionist not helpful. Cleaners come once a week to clean the room

My partner and I had a great stay at the Travelodge Hemel Hempstead. Our room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing break. A special thank you to Sarah, the manager, for her warm welcome and excellent customer service, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Stayed last week as a family at travelodge hemel hempstead. Stay was amazing kids really enjoyed a lot staying. Staff was amazing, helped us to park our car as the car park was full. Highly recommended.

Parking tight, reception absolutely lovely! Room clean and bed comfy Room hot but had a fan and the curtains had been closed, window open before ours arrival - they atleast had tried to make room cooler ( Thank you)

I rated Travelodge Hemel Hempstead 5 out of 5 because I had no issues whatsoever, I had no issue’s with my room and the staff are really nice and very helpful,the hotel is very well situated only a couple of minutes walk to the town centre, my room was clean and comfortable,the staff are helpful,professional and friendly.Sarah and Danni deserve a special mention for making me feel so welcome so thanks Sarah and Danni.

Visited this site on business and was just hassle free from arrival to departure. Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was immaculate clean tidy and everything I needed after a day at work. Location was great for my needs aswell. Was quiet and peaceful which is great. Definitely great value for money will be staying again on next trip.

Their positive attitude and efficient service made a noticeable difference. One of the best things about this hotel is its location, with the town centre just a few minutes away on foot. It made it easy to explore the local shops and places to eat without needing to drive. A convenient base, good service, and a pleasant overall experience made this a stay we were very satisfied with.
