Nicole, the front desk agent is a superstar! I have to acknowledge the breakfast crew on Monday Especially Miss Nancy, who normally does laundry. The gentleman in the evening who shared pizza with me, was so pleasant. Thank you! The morning crew, front desk, agent, Sherry and the staff are such a breath of fresh air! This crew really understands Customer Service and should be rewarded and acknowledged! I appreciate and thank everyone that I came in contact with during my stay. You played a role in my wonderful experience! Keep up the great work Sincerely Irene H

The room need renovation done to replace outdated equipment toilets. You could tell the ceiling had been batched. This not a 3 star more of a low 2 star

My room 121, smelled horrible. Everything is old and in bad shape, toilet seat was horrible! The TV remote was being held together with tape and it was not working. Entire hotel has one ice machine and it is in the lobby. The only drink machine in the place was out of order and the juice dispenser was out of order during the breakfast service. I booked through a third party so I got a little bit of a discount but had I booked directly through the hotel the room price was $113 I paid $105/night plus taxes/fees. I feel like this is severely overpriced for the hotel but it is the ONLY hotel in Marion,SC. However I would not recommend the hotel and I would not stay at the hotel again, because it is not up to the standards of choice hotels or other hotels. I would rather stay 30-45 minutes away from Marion then to pay the ridiculous price for such poor quality. Upgrade the hotel if you want to charge what other hotels are charging then offer the same quality!

Ms. Nicole was EXCELLENT at check-in! Was very professional and friendly. Made me feel welcomed and wanted to stay and talk to her all night! She's Awesome!!

I didnt like the fact THERE IS NO ELEVATOR FOR A 2 STORY PROPERTY. I didnt like the fact that the bathroom toliet was filthy; toliet paper dispenser holder was broken; furniture was chipped in areas I took piks; door sweep was broken. We were told that there were no rooms avaiable on the 1st floor (impossible there were only 3 cars in the parking lot Ours & 2 more). Very very very dissatisfied with the whole stay. I WILL NEVER STAY @ A QUALITY INN AGAIN.

The toilets are old, the walls are marked and the breakfast is horrible.

The employee at the front desk was very helpful. Our room was clean. The price was very affordable

It did the job for our situation but when we had an inconvenience with our room the staff lady was not very friendly and did not make an attempt to make it right.

We had a wonderful stay up until the night before. While rearranging my trunk to pack up the next morning, I unknowingly stood in an ant bed. Five days later, I still have welps on my foot. Someone should really treat the grassy area by the doors for the guests.
