房間和酒店環境都比我預期的好很多，尤其是迎賓館的服務堪稱七星級，比我們在香港半島酒店的服務還要好。定了兩個商務套房，服務人員都是直接領路到門口，房間有果盤，還專門給孩子準備了拖鞋牙刷和熱牛奶，特別省心周到。前台的韓夢和李煜提出特別表揚，提前打電話確認行程，並按照我們的需求耐心準時的幫我們調整房間，保證我們家人順利入住。迎賓館的園區環境很美有花有水很謐靜幽雅。沒想到衡水老家有這麼高大上的團隊，真的很開心驕傲！下次回家鄉必須還到迎賓館！

帶政府招待性質的賓館我們住過很多了，建議大家一定去體驗一下，住宿、餐飲、環境、服務，秒沒99%的國際五星酒店。
衡水迎賓館很值得再來度假。位置好，交通方便。環境好，園林式，尤其是湖邊的燒烤火鍋，非常有情調。餐飲無論石材還是做法，都很符合北方人的口味。服務很親切周到，哪哪都有服務員，保證給你送到位，晚上還給送泡腳桶，並且也不會追着你要好評。設施很好，品質不錯，晚上休息很安靜。

很尷尬的一次體驗，春節自駕遊的最後一晚，回京之前開了太久要休息一下定的這裏，然後就感受到河北特色了，房間裏一本書特別介紹了酒店是正處級單位
從硬件看，金碧輝煌，小河天鵝
從服務看，稀了糊塗，莫名其妙。先是辦入住非要讓我在一個領隊表上簽字寫手機號碼，我説不寫不能住嗎？她説對。態度強硬，基本沒有服務。然後又好幾個特別積極的門僮、迎賓要幫你拿箱子。但是呢，我在那倒水喝，又沒人理我了，眼看着我喝冰水
