The location is opposite the back door of the University of Technology, on the fourth floor. The rooms are clean, no windows, water heaters, no air conditioning, and floor fans. It takes two more cold showers to sleep in hot weather. The room is worth the price.

兩個老闆聯合起來欺負一個小姑娘 我們上午沒有退房，然後我對象一個人住的，老闆私自打開房門，沒有敲門，事後找他們理論，兩個老闆就各種理由搪塞，先是説房門開的，我們説調監控，他們説你又不是警察，憑什麼調監控，我們想複製監控，他説不行，然後又説警察來也沒用，説監控壞的，我們就叫他退錢，他説你們想白住。兩個老闆在那欺負一個小姑娘，以後再也不住了，垃圾酒店 .

離工學院很近，走路的話離衡陽師範有點小遠，不過騎電動車過去也就幾分鐘

性價比很高，雖説樓下有ktv還好我去的時候已經休假了，安靜。老闆娘很熱情但是沒有空調的房間，冬天還有點冷，建議被子再厚一點就好了

房間可以，就是KTV實在太吵了，本來很累了一晚上都沒睡着，從晚上一直唱歌唱到5：30，很差的一次入住體驗，希望賓館能跟KTV協商解決這個問題
