酒店整體感挺好的，過來參加單招考試，進到房間第一感覺挺温馨的，酒店特地為考生準備了特別的水果和飲品，超大的落地窗房間讓人住起來特別舒暢，洗衣房在四樓，不大的洗衣房佈置得很温馨，超讚超載，

房間太小了。我是接待外地的朋友。掛衣服的地方都沒有，掛衣服的架子就在馬桶上方。隔音效果太差。整個走廊裏房間開門的聲音都能聽到，總感覺在開自己的房間門。

登記開房的時候前台小姐姐一句話也不會和你交流，而且也不給你該有的早餐券。後面到了房間躺下了才看到枕頭如圖一所示，座機聯繫前台打不通，用手機打酒店電話才聯繫上，然後給我們換了房間還給了兩張早餐券，新房間如圖二所示。環境衞生服務都有待提高！

房間灰塵太多，包括還有頭髮絲，讓人很不舒服，能感覺到管理人員對服務的監督不力，這種小的細節會非常影響顧客的回住率的，加之影響九點的口碑。
