Very bad experience. The TV is facing the bed and cannot be turned off; there is no screen, the window is difficult to control, and mosquitoes wake me up in the middle of the night. The door is not soundproof, and people start moving around the door after six o'clock.

The room occupancy is complex and the public security environment is poor.

The facilities are old, the rooms are small, the floors are hard, and many things are missing or broken! Not worth more than 500 yuan a night. The service attitude is not bad.

I am quite satisfied with the hotel. In addition to good location, good hygiene, and good breakfast, the key is that the service is very considerate. 酒店後院就有停車場，還有免費的衡山西高鐵站接送，環境温馨，地理位置優越，是黃金地段，離大廟和景區以及衡山西高鐵站都很近，前台運香還提前打電話問我們是自駕還是座車過來，提前發了酒店定位給我。到店後運香笑容情切熱情接待，前台服務周到，客房打掃非常及時，高效，工作人員都很敬業能及時處理問題，設身處地為客人着想，房間衞生乾淨，有含早餐和不含早餐兩種選擇，滿足不同客户需求，設施完善，酒店很温馨。讓我們有種回家的感覺，今天早上酒店還開車送我們到景區，車是商務車很舒服。還有香火可以請，簡直不要太方便，很滿意的一次入住體驗！下次還再來。也願意推薦給朋友。

設施：很不錯 環境：環境很好，不吵，位置也很好，走幾步就到達大廟了，大廟後面就是衡山入口。 服務：特別想説一下服務，真是很好。服務員都很熱情，前台耐心解答問題，而且後面有停車場，我的車落了很多樹葉，退房臨走的時候，幾個服務人員海很有耐心的幫我請掃落葉，還把落葉痕跡擦乾淨了，謝謝他們了。大家放心入住吧。 下次來我們還要住在這裏。
