酒店位於衡陽火車站附近，下火車出站步行不到10分鐘的步行時間即可到店。設施設備齊全，周邊吃飯的地方挺多，生活還是很方便。房間衞生也還是乾淨整潔，衹是顯得年代稍微有點兒久遠，略顯成舊了。感覺象是一家國營的賓館，前台工作人員服務態度稍微顯得比較生硬，不過還是盡職盡責，住着感覺還是不錯，值得推薦。三樓餐廳湘菜館，還可以品茗打牌休閑娛樂，需要熱什麼食物可以找餐廳服務員幫忙，還是不錯。
