優點：服務熱情，管理有序，酒店位置極佳。不足：拖鞋底薄如紙，廁紙少得可憐，洗髮液和沐浴露沒標識，淋浴時布簾往身上貼。第一次住如家連鎖酒店，感覺拖鞋、牙具等和淋浴房都有提升和改進的空間，觀念要與時俱進，不能太將就。

酒店位置很好就在衡陽市中心，前台小姐姐們人都很好，有什麼需求都儘量滿足

走廊末尾的房間，窗户關不上，衞生也一般，地上有點臟，WiFi用不了……太一般了

前台的小哥哥小姐姐很熱情，幫我免費升級大床房，客房姐姐做事很認真，床墊彈簧鬆了一坐下就凹進去，睡着不舒服起來全身痠痛
