🔔Service: great! The front desk, security, and cleaning are all very enthusiastic! The lobby has mineral water and sour plum soup, which is very refreshing! Many needed items (baby tub, drying rack, band-aid, etc.) can be ordered for free by scanning the code, and the robot or cleaning will be delivered to the door, which is very convenient!
🍃Environment: very quiet and comfortable! There is also a vent specially used to blow wet clothes, which is very suitable for guests who stay for many days.
🧹Hygienic: Every day cleaning will come to clean up the room, the room is very clean. The only shortcoming is that there will be some body itching when covered with the quilt, which is probably due to the fact that the quilt is not exposed to the sun.

大堂服務人員、保潔、保安都很熱情，剛到時送上的紅棗茶解了一路的疲憊。房間乾淨整潔，配套齊全，房間裏還貼心的準備了空氣凈化器、凈水設備和耳塞等。早餐種類多樣，味道也不錯，還提供免費的可口的夜宵，讓夜間到店的我們吃的飽飽的。長者孩子都很滿意。

史詩級糟糕的體驗，到底户外20度，但是房間內晚上25度又悶又熱，打開窗也不通風，白天太陽一照27-28，睡到凌晨2點熱醒，酒店還告知中央空調這個季節不開，協調了一個多小時未果，還説最多給我一把電風扇，打電話給攜程投訴才解決直到凌晨三點半才捨得開製冷，300一晚的酒店就是這種態度，而且酒店還藉口説室內的温度計面板是壞的其實就20度，好在保留了證據，兩台設備都是25度左右，酒店聽到我要給差評後折扣也不願意給，第二天致歉也沒有，退房的時候和沒事發生一樣，而且裝修也很老枕頭的棉花都團一起了，在衡陽當地還敢賣300真的奇妙，你們要是願意大半夜和酒店扯事就儘管預訂
