The hotel was amazing with helpful friendly staff and the rooms very clean and modern with attention to detail. My only issue for a 5 star hotel was the breakfast, not much for westerners and cereals very stale where they have not been replaced with fresh cereals for a while. Apart from that, I would stay there again.

因為離南嶽大廟近，我們就選擇了衡山兩個五星酒店之一的君雅雲際酒店。酒店車免費高鐵站接送，司機禮貌周到，門僮微笑招呼，前台辦理入住專業迅速，我們的管家紫言拿出地圖給我們介紹衡山旅遊的路線，還為我們升級了房間。房間正對衡山，視野開闊。房間設計簡潔實用。床比較軟但睡着舒服。床品和洗浴用品檔次都不錯，晚上很清靜，能休息好。早餐豐富，食材新鮮，還有現煮的粉或麪，會有選擇困難，哈哈。另外，酒店每天在房間放水果，飲料，牛奶等，還免費提供下午茶和夜宵，如果去爬衡山，天氣不好，酒店還提供登山杖和雨披，毛巾，真是關懷備至。客房服務也很盡責，送水果，水也多留兩瓶，還叮囑我，有事就打xxx號碼找她們，很感動。最後要説一下，酒店的晚餐其實也很不錯，嘗試了兩次，點了不同的菜，大廚的手藝是很可的。下次來衡山，還住君雅雲際酒店。

酒店的位置很方便，附近有美食街，吃飯有很多選擇，酒店距離大廟景區步行6分鐘即可，酒店的設施齊全，設有餐廳，足浴，洗衣房很便利，前台管家服務很好很周到，安排的房間衞生乾淨整潔，給我們免費升級了，房間配了水果酸奶茶葉這些，環境舒適，品種齊全，還有免費接送高鐵站服務，下次還來！

服務非常好、整個酒店給人感覺很愉快，服務員、前台經理，包括搞衞生的姐姐服務態度都非常好，酒店配套設施項目也多，孩子有帳篷🏕️房、滑滑梯房、可以免費體驗串手串、穿漢服抄經、有足療、有推油，29號技師手法精湛，本來一個鐘推油的，果斷加鍾。酒店地理位置也佳，距離大廟步行可達，對面一條美食街，不想在酒店吃，外出用餐也方便，酒店旁邊就是肯德基，孩子想吃下樓即可。
