超級重的黴味，而且地上居然有蟑螂…多住一分鐘都會窒息在裏面的感覺，沒有前台，自助入住，整個體驗實在是特別差

預訂這裏住不要對酒店有什麼期待了，就衹是花100出頭住一晚沒窗户的房間。酒店衹有一個小女孩值班辦理入住，看起來還是臨時工，有什麼需要都是事不關己不管不顧的態度，不提供停車位可以理解，頁面寫了，但是住客有停車的需求，不應該指引客人就近付費停車嗎？打電話問就生硬的一句我們不提供停車位，也不管這個問題客人要自己找停車場。其次，深夜洗完澡想喝水，發現房間沒有標配的瓶裝飲用水，打電話問也説不提供，似乎這是所有酒店的標配吧？哪怕住青年旅舍也會在辦理入住的時候給一支水。還跟我説預訂頁面寫了不提供水，請問哪裡寫了這項，可以圈出來我看看嗎？其次衞生問題非常不好，浴室洗手枱上，地面上，出水口都有長頭髮沒有清理乾淨。大概打掃衞生衹是換下床單被套收拾垃圾。另外晚上2點還有客人打鬧喧嘩，被吵醒，酒店方沒有人值班不管不顧。以上都是真實體驗評價，定了1晚2間太差了，想續住後面找了其他酒店住，不會再選擇這家。希望老闆能明白，酒店不止是提供一間房一張床，要有基本的服務意識讓客人有賓至如歸的感覺，這樣才能保證有回頭客。
