酒店提供接站，老闆是個熱心人，給房間升了級。酒店設施齊全，乾淨整潔。酒店位於南嶽汽車站不遠，有到衡陽中心站的大巴40分鐘一班，行程40分鐘。周邊購物吃飯都很方便。推薦入住。

到衡山西站時恰是強對流天氣，電閃雷鳴、傾盆大雨，無法離開出站口。經理親自開車到送站口接的我們，讓人十分感動。離店時還主動詢問用不用送站。
客房寬敞，乾淨衞生，沒有異味，隔音挺好，比較肅靜。
服務認真，態度很好，從經理到前台以及客房人員，都很熱情，客人住店心情很愉悦。

已經在這個店住了七八年啦，客房雅緻又乾淨，服務很好。請香方便，我們去大廟，衡山甚至去吃素店裡都派車接送真的太方便了。
