Holiday Inn Express RICHMOND I-64 SHORT PUMP AREA by IHG

The room and hotel were very tidy and clean and smelled clean, as well. The hotel breakfast was a decent spread, and the bar was kept stocked and cleaned. It was also a bonus that the pool was open during our visit. The only issue we ran into was finding parking upon returning to the hotel at night. All in all, it was a comfortable, quiet, and clean stay!

The bed was comfortable and the staff helpful

It was one of the best hotels that I’ve stayed on in a long time very clean. Everything was stocked. The breakfast was great. Parking was great. The staff was helpful. Everything about this place was wonderful. I would definitely book again.

Overall, the hotel was nice. A continental breakfast is provided from 6 to 10 AM. Check out is at 12 PM which is great and the hotel looks modern and fresh. However, the shower stall in my room had old soap scum stains, which was really shocking & disgusting. It was late at night, otherwise I would’ve requested a new room. Thankfully, I had my own Lysol. I did tell the staff and they didn’t seem too concerned. I asked where can I submit a complaint the last at the front desk said “Well, you’re not a member, so you can tell *******.” I told I want to follow up with Holiday Inn and she gave me the rewards number and she repeated that I’m not a member, but maybe someone can help me. I plan to submit a formal complaint to prevent this from happening again.

Staff friendly, clean, breakfast good. Outdoor pool closed and wasnt given the info before paying for room, primary reason we stayed at this place as we live 45 minutes away. Told we could use hotel pool next door, however staff at other hotel didn't know, and we weren't given key to enter so couldn't get in. Pool was listed as amenity and isn't one.

Clean room, helpful receptionist, great bfast, and plenty of parking

Pool was not working which was a bummer it things happen.
