The hotel is very quiet, surrounded by forests. It is a natural oxygen bar. The hot spring water is also super! The kids had a great time! Highly recommended good shop!

環境是真的很好，但是服務質量極差，一切以員工方便為主，去温泉池居然浴巾都不為房客準備，需要和外面的散團一起去另外一個房間拿浴巾（純粹為了方便工作人員），設施相對來説有點老舊。真心希望有一個優秀的運營管理團隊，否則實在是太浪費了

來這裏三次，都是住別墅。第一次木屋別墅，第二次是離温泉區較遠的別墅區，這次是在温泉區旁邊的水邊別墅。為什麼來了又來？因為這裏的温泉水確實不假，熱水鎮上的居民都是在村裡接熱水。廣州驅車4小時到達，不趕時間，我住了兩晚，遠離都市的繁囂。温泉區內的泡池不算多，但人也不多，可以慢慢享受。這次住的別墅應該建成有點時間了，別墅內的設施顯陳舊。房間的翻新一下，估計能吸引更多客人。

衞生真不敢恭維看圖片，訂房的時候系統提示衹有最後一間，但是入住後還有很多空房間。簡直弄飢餓營銷手段。要表揚的是山溝裏的空氣不錯👍

早餐很差，早餐時間7點～10點，但是9點半就説打洋了，不給後來的客人做，服務員服務態度極其差，好像別人吃早餐沒給錢似的，搬椅子撞到客人氣都當什麼事沒發生一樣。
