衞生太差了，浴巾都是爛了個大洞的。第一次住酒店遇到浴巾這麼爛的，浴巾舊可以但是不能是破破爛爛的。

整體來説這次入住是超預期的，度假氛圍感挺好的。 房間裏的私湯温泉是最大的驚喜。入住時泉水已經放好，水温剛好。晚上泡一會兒，身上滑滑的，第二天爬山後的痠痛感明顯緩解了。公區的大温泉人不多，傍晚邊泡邊看山景很舒服。 早餐的本地特色讓我印象深刻，尤其是現煮的豆花和手工米線，配料自己隨便加。晚上在餐廳點了幾個客家菜，湯鮮肉嫩，菜品價格40多左右，這種還是蠻好的，平價不宰客。 説説不足之處，酒店坐落於安靜的半山，遠離喧囂，但對於我這種喜歡夜生活，去逛逛商場的人來説就不太方便，推薦自駕遊。

這次拖着行李箱走進大堂時，前台姑娘一句“路上辛苦啦”瞬間感覺心裏很舒服，房間的床墊軟硬剛好，枕頭有淡淡的花香，房間很大衞生也挺乾淨的。 當然我們是為了温泉而來，當然少不了温泉體驗，這裏温泉泡池水温很合適，池水清澈，有遮擋私密性好，孩子也玩得很開心！ 最後也講講不足之處，早餐品種偏少，沒有看到酸奶，三明治這些，粉的味道感覺挺好，很新鮮，問工作人員説是每天早上熬的骨頭湯，再加一些品種就更好了，周邊也比較方便，5km左右就有商場，整體體驗超預期，也可以表揚一下前廳那個姑娘，挺會説話的。

這次公司出差入住和平這家酒店，整體體驗還蠻好的。剛開始看到點評分比較低，感覺可能不太好，不過和平縣這邊就這一家最大的酒店了，衹能選擇這家了，前台那個小妹子辦理入住效率很高，服務態度親切。訂的房間幫我免費升級了，床品睡着也很舒適。早餐品類雖然不算特別多，但味道挺不錯，尤其是現煮的麪檔。時光書吧氛圍感很好，温泉水温還不錯，不過應酬喝了酒就沒有體驗了，產品和服務是好的，營銷方面建議可以提升一下。

房間簡單，內線電話都是壞的不通線，要用自己手機聯繫前台，房間離温泉池遠，酒店飯菜難吃，又貴，早餐一言難盡，難吃，温泉池管理不到位，有人不換衣服鞋子背包進去，坐在温池邊脱鞋襪子，就直接泡腳，浴巾都放池裡泡，體檢感很差。

優點：前面的小院子種了些花花草草，後面的院子有個泡池，還可以去公共泡池泡温泉。 不足：房間設施老舊臟。在洗手枱邊洗邊從台下漏水，弄的整個衞生間濕漉漉的；好多蟑螂；開水壺很臟，居然煮出了蟑螂，估計是鑽進了壺蓋，所以開水也沒得喝；燈光過暗，床墊過軟；早餐衹有幾個品類，是住過的酒店裡最簡單的早餐了；五一假期貴，非常不值。 建議：公共泡池可以去泡一泡，住宿還是選新的酒店，更乾淨衞生。
