We enjoyed a very quiet stay and were pleased when our request for extra pillows was quickly taken care of.

When we arrived to our room, one bed was obviously slept in without change of bedding, dirty cup was laying on the carpet by the bed, and a used tampon was in the bathroom garbage. The cleaning team needs to be inspected and trained how to properly clean s room between customers.. won't stay there again. The staff at the front desk and all interactions were very friendly and helpful.

For the size of the room it lacked adequate lighting. You could see some mold in the jets in the Jacuzzi tub in the room. The staff was great and very attentive, quick to offer assistance throughout the stay.

Absolutely loved my room. The parking lot is full of potholes and there's this weird feeling of being "in a basement" when you're at the front desk, but I enjoyed my stay and would stay again. Cute room, comfy bed and pillows

We visit the Duluth area many times during the year and the hotel because we have friends and relatives there. the stay was O.K. - however- we traveled 2.5 hours and were really looking forward to the hot tub. Plus again hot tubing in the morning before our 2.5-hour trip home. We would not have stayed at this hotel if we had known the hot tub was not working. The rooms were adequate for the price. However - the hallways were very dirty. We did enjoy the breakfast and the breakfast area was clean and nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Not so good. Very outdated, dirty, hot tub down, you get what you pay for. Stayed many years ago and was nice. But really went downhill now.
