The atmosphere was warm, peaceful, and welcoming, and every little detail made it feel extra special. The room was comfortable, clean, and charming — truly a home away from home. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality, we would definitely stay again!

Lovely hosts, all the amenities, spotlessly clean, tastefully furnished, and an excellent location

We had a pleasant stay at this lodge. The room had everything we requested, the pool was available, and parking was convenient. The owners were very friendly and welcoming. That said, South Africa sets a high bar for accommodations. While everything was perfectly fine here, the lodge’s interior felt more traditional and functional, like a hotel room, rather than modern or stylish. There’s nothing wrong with it, but compared to other places I’ve visited in South Africa, it wasn’t particularly eye-catching or fashionable. Overall, a comfortable and well-managed lodge, especially if you value friendliness and practicality.

A lovely place to stay with outside space and sun beds provided by the hosts. The room (Number 2) was large with all the facilities that you could wish for, and super comfortable beds. A really good place to stay. Well recommended by us.

Great place to stay. The ouders are super friendly and helpfull. You have everything you need in your room and you have your on loungers naar the swimmingpool. Restaurants etc closeby.

The property is comfortable and well situated just a couple of blocks from the sea. The hosts are friendly and helpful and everything worked well. It is nice and quiet too.

Was a very great place to stay. The fact that you are not impacted by loadshedding due to solar panels on the roof was a huge positive. The service was great, loved the pool and patio where you could sit and chill-out.

Kind & friendly reception by the owner & staff. Extremely clean bedrooms - best part was were not affected by loadshedding as the place had solar power 🥰 The location is excellent and very close to the waterfront. Will definitely recommend this place. We had a pleasant stay ❤

A small guesthouse. Unfortunately, breakfast wasn't offered, and drinks weren't available for purchase. The guesthouse is run by an Austrian. We got the feeling that everything was quite difficult for him. The furnishings were standard. We asked about whale watching, but he couldn't offer much help. He didn't provide much information in general. We really enjoyed a charming pizzeria in town that he recommended. Luckily, he also recommended a very good breakfast restaurant.

Ontzettend gastvrij ontvangen op een mooie locatie. Op loopafstand van een gezellig centrum en de baai. Mooi Guesthouse met een zwembad bij de achterdeur.

Wir haben dort 3 Nächte verbracht. Die Zimmer sind groß, gemütliche, ruhig und sehr sauber. Kleine Küche, Kaffee, WasserTee standen bereit. In dem Bett kann man gut schlafen. Der Garten ist mit dem großen Pool liebevoll angelegt. Wir haben uns sehr sicher und wohlgefühlt. Kann man absolut weiterempfehlen.
