Baleia Guest Lodge

Travelers should be aware that there is major construction and renovation @ this place. I was told upon check in and I stayed one night as it wasn't refunded. Lots of noise, dust and materials all around so it was impossible to sit outside plus the pool was green from all the debris. There really should have been some notification about the work being done.

The property is under construction! Workmen, noise, dirt and debris everywhere! I had one of the two rooms available but truly they shouldn’t be letting out rooms without notifying guests. The pool was green with some of the construction debris in i I cut my stay short

It felt like a home from home. Host was very welcoming and kind and friendly. She was very accommodating and it was a lovely peaceful place to relax. Loved the home made breakfast and muesli.

Big rooms and great breakfast. Bed needs attention it was a terrible bed.

A very comfortable stay at Baleia as usual. I love how central it is in Hermanus.

Very friendly owners full of local knowledge. Rooms were clean and comfortable and only short walk in to town. Great place.

Lovely room and bathroom; great facilities; incredibly friendly and helpful staff; super breakfast. Parking; great location for getting out and about in Hermanus.
