Staying in Hermanus at the Whale Coast Ocean Villa was one of life's highlights. Best rest ever! The staff are superb, the villa is ultra comfortable, and the breakfast is one of the best we've ever had when staying in a guest house. If you haven't stayed here, make a booking soon!

Great stay, close to the beach. Friendly people. Breakfast with joghurt and fruits. We enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful villa, with easy and close access to the beach. All of the staff are super friendly and helpful. Breakfast every morning which was amazing. The rooms were very clean and made new everyday. Couldn't have asked for a better vacation and experience.

Had 4 nights at west Coast Ocean Villa and apart from some building work going on next door it was faultless. Lovely room, beautiful host Aurelia was a joy every morning, overseeing the excellent breakfast service, and always offering conversation and local advice with a warm smile. A short stroll to the local beach and the Ocean Coastal path makes the location perfect albeit slightly out of Hermanus, a bonus for some. Contemplating a return visit soon!

Everything was spotless, staff very nice but DO NOT have room 4, it's right next to reception desk and the kitchen so very noisy when people are coming in and early morning

A pleasant overnight stay with good selection of breakfast choices. Staff very friendly and helpful. Property enclosed with security gate was clean and well presented. Situated right on the outskirts of Hermanus ( 3 miles ) with a coastal footpath connecting to the town with beautiful ocean views along the way. Dutches Restaurant recommended by guest house was only a few minutes walk away on Grotto beach. The food was delicious.
