Very nice hotel, comfortable and clean rooms. Perfect for a family vacation and also business. 24/7 coffee in the lobby, breakfast was good, staff was very nice and friendly.

The stay was perfect! The room was super clean and fresh. Everything was comfortable. The lobby was a fun place to hang out, and the staff was always friendly and welcoming. Probably one of the best hotel stays I’ve had.

The room was smaller than expected for the high price. There was someone elses hair clumps on the shower floor. It was loud. You could hear the people in the next room talking normally.

Excellent value, very new, modern and clean facility. Staff was friendly and efficient. Property was a 5 minute drive from everything you’d want to do and see in Hershey. And a bonus, the complimentary breakfast was great! Eggs, pancakes, toast, bagels and coffee/tea available 24/7

Everyone who worked the front desk was nice. The woman who worked the breakfast was very rude but otherwise it was a pleasant stay. Be aware that there will be a ridiculous amount of kids there most likely.

Exactly what I want from a hotel room -- clean, comfortable, quiet and safe. The room was small as other have noted but I care much more about cleanliness than extra furniture. Very nice hotel that I will keep at the top of my list of places to stay.

Linda checked me in early which was great due to my work conference and I had a puppy with me.
John and Theo who work the desk are AMAZING…such fine young men! They really care about the guests!
Stephanie who works the breakfast bar was friendly and on point when it comes to having everything out on display…
And then there is John the maintence man, who is such a gem who helped me carry Olives crate to my car at check out!
You ALL are truly AMAZING and care so much for the customers and go above and beyond, with smiles on your faces!
This is my 2nd time here in the past 2 months and I will be returning with #3 again sooner than later!!!
Olive my Corgi was treated like a queen!
She loves the hotel and was comfortable the whole time!!!!

The hotel was kid friendly and appeared clean and organized. The staff were friendly and engaging. I would highly recommend staying here!
