Good value for money, but the food is a bit salty and you'll get tired of it if you eat it often. It is far away from the city and is suitable for families to choose for leisure vacation.

We arrived late to a friendly and warm welcome. The golf - shuttle buggy was a quick ride to our room from reception. Clean well equipped room -with a small balcony with airer to dry clothes, 2 chairs and table to relax too(room 619), just what we needed for 11 days in the sun. The food options are great but for 11days, I’d recommend local restaurants as you’d quickly get bored. However the a la carte options are excellent and worth it 10/10, and the food is tasty with plenty on offer. The bars are friendly and busy, The beach is a short distance and great break from the heat by the pool. The Aqua park is excellent and part of the extended complex. Again well organised and what you would expect. Food 10/10 but take plenty of sun cream and get ready for very hot weather! Insect repellent is a must. The only down side is the hotel underground toilets! “Disgusting ” and we had to go back and forth to the room. BUT We’ve had a fantastic stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the hotel. We organised a private transfer and took 30mins.!

This hotel ticks every box possible, all inclusive means all inclusive you literally do not need to spend one penny in the hotel it's self. We stayed in a 2 bedroom family room this included a fridge that was topped up daily with water. The rooms were lovely and clean. Beds were comfy, shower powerful enough and the strangest thing I've ever seen a phone in the toilet. We tried 2 out of the 5 restaurants mexican and steak, these did not disappoint . I have seen some really crazy reviews about the food here bit we cannot fault it everyday we found something different and food was always hot but if you like it pipping hot there is also a microwave if you fancy burning your tongue off. I am a massive dessert lover and well I've came back a lot heavier than I went. The cocktails are fantastic and made freshly none of this prepaid in a machine crap. Staff are amazing there's nothing they wouldn't do to help you. Pools were great and always a sunbed to be found. The water park was deffo a fav with my kids they loved all the slides and even the snacks. We watched a few shows in the amphitheatre and enjoyed them. Then we would walk up to too pool where the room was and sit at that bar listening to the singers or saxophone. Would I rate the hotel a 5 yes it most definitely, will we return we've just rebooted for next year something I don't usually do as like to adventure to different places. All in all stella palace won our hearts.

Amazing hotel for family. A lot of swimming pools scattered in the hotel area. superb water park suitable for all ages and great staff. The hotel has a lot of activities for all ages, equipped kids club , excellent spa anf more facilities. Highly recommend.

The hotel was good as we came 4 families with children (5-8 yrs old), but I am not sure if I would returned there What is great about the hotel: - great and large pools - nice and well maintained shared areas - great ala carte restaurants (especially Asia and the seaside one) - amazing aquapark (both for kids and adults) - good drinks and bar service What was not working for us: - the room we got was very dated, 3 stars hotel level - the noise at night from the next hotel (Stella Island) was terrible- every night I felt like on the disco as rooms were not soundproof and the music was very loud till 23.30-24.00. Our son couldn’t sleep and we couldn’t rest as well. If you stay at the hotel please ask for a room on the other site of the hotel- our friends there haven’t heard the music. As hotel was fully booked they couldn’t change us the room. They send us small gift (wine & fruit) and provided free of charge late check out which was nice, but didn’t solve the problem of lack of sleep during entire week. - not big choice for breakfast in both buffet restaurants, lunch and dinner were ok.

We stayed her for a night (2 days) when travelling from the other side of the island. It’s a really lovely hotel that overall feels clean and contemporary and perfect for families with kids. We would probably stay for a full week in the future. Staff were lovely and friendly and children’s entertainment was great. Our daughter didn’t want to leave. The food was lovely at the buffet. Lots of choice and something for everyone. Replenished constantly we never experienced that much queuing. The alcoholic drinks around the pool bars were great. Mojitos were up there with the best I’ve had. Staff were super friendly too. The waterpark was good albeit quite busy. The ice creams at the waterpark were great too. There were a few things that let it down marginally for us (albeit not enough to put us off coming back). In our room, our balcony door didn’t lock and the toilet window didn’t shut but everything else was great in the room. Room 536 if management want to get someone to come out and take a look at it. The only other thing I would suggest would be sanitiser stations (or even a few bottles) around the resort. (They might have had some but we didn’t notice any in the buffet and food service areas). Whilst the buffet area did feel really clean so I can’t fault it in that sense, there were a lot of people coughing and using the same utensils. I think post pandemic a lot of places have relaxed on this but it just makes a buffet area feel more hygienic in my opinion.

The resort is excellent for a good four to five nights stays with all-inclusive package. The water park is a big attraction for both adults and kids alike with some really good rides. Food was good but a little confusing for the all-inclusive guests. Only a couple of restaurants were open for the A-I packager and the choice of food at breakfast was almost the same for all the days we stayed. Dinners were themed which was a nice touch. Us being Vegetarians, food choices were limited. We have to be quite adventurous with our dinners 😂. The ‘free’ wine is NOT worth consuming with the food, personally. Rooms were excellent with all necessary facilities. The guest service desk was great during the arrival process and friendly too. Beach was a couple of minutes walk away from the water park with nice lazing facilities. The promenade along the beach front was full of stores for rental vehicles, super markets, restaurants and other resorts. The highlight of the stay however, was the kids football game played every afternoon at the football field with ‘coach/administrator’ Jasmine who was super enthusiastic and engaging with the kids who participated. Overall an amazing experience for a family.
