Really nice hotel every thing is perfect well be back again ❤️❤️❤️

The massage recieved by Zarina was wonderful and Very professional .Zarina was excellent at finding all my bad spots and worked her magic beautifully . The room was very relaxing , smelt lovely and the music was pleasant . Massage was out of the way of everything else so no outside noise bothered us .

This hotel is now 2nd favourite in all th holidays we been too, Reception area on arrival was clean and the late late staff were friendly concierge man helped us to our room was very lovely sorry didn't catch names but we arrived 01.00 on the 21st August Room was a bit dated, but lovely sea view side with only 1 socket wr had to get a extention lead from Reception which was a bit of help ,room area was nice quiet no banging of doors which was great next to gym *** a think it was . Maids came daily changed the towels beds were changed once in the 10days we were there, only thing for us was maids had a tendency of walking into the room rather than knocking ,I too work in a hotel in housekeeping on management side and my team know to knock before they enter anyone one room , so do make sure you put the dnd card on door Pool and sun lounger All salty water which didn't bother us at all yes high season month so get up early to get a lounger we mainly sat at kids slides or up by the Olympic pool by shop end ,the posh beds were like towels on reserving them from like 7am so you had to be their before that time Food the food for us were your typical all inclusive,always found something to eat snack bars were the best but did thank the team for keeping us well fed in the 10days we were there. Entertainment team Young people doing the job they love and they were just amazing I do hope they come again once they finish this season as they were fab team of people so I hope they get a reconignationthat they deserve ,even for the kids club they were just fantastic Overall clean spotless place from outside loos to inside most definitely will come back already looking to come again next year ,just hope the entertainment team do too nicest people ever they are the best as the song says Pic I uploaded is our sad faces as we didn't want to leave

We had a fantastic family holiday, we couldn’t fault anything the food was amazing and very varied always something different to have each night! We also tried both the Greek and Asian restaurants which again where fantastic and delicious. We stayed in the main hotel building and the rooms are great couldn’t fault them at all, serviced everyday without doubt and happy friendly staff. My son is a very avid tennis player and we had read reviews about Mark the coach at the hotel and so he had a taster session and after that booked lesson with Mark which my son loved and considering he’s been getting coached for the last year came away with loads of new techniques and little changes to his game that since we have been back at his normal coaching session has been noticed by his coach, so if you love tennis get yourself booked in with Mark, he’s a great coach and a top bloke All in all couldn’t have asked for a better holiday and would definitely recommend.

Hotel was amazing. Friendly staff, and very well looked after. Rooms were good (main building) and got refreshed everyday as well as a couple of new bottles of water everyday. Food was very good (all inclusive). Plenty of pools to suit all ages. Had a great time with the family.

This was my first abroad solo experience, so I went AI so ensure a little bit of safety for myself. The hotel is very big but I was shown around by staff just after check in this put me at ease straight away. My room was great, I had a sea view in a quiet part of the hotel away from the main pools, so when I wanted some quiet time it wasn't a problem. All of the staff were amazing! I had some spa treatments during my stay and Evi was incredible for my massage and facial! The treatment rooms smelled amazing even just walking past. Being a solo traveller I didn't find any issues in getting a sunbed despite many being reserved. I spent most of my time either by the Olympic pool (the reason for this booking) or the Apollon bar where I got to meet the best people day and night. The bar staff were incredible and work tirelessly, especially at night when the bar gets a little hectic between entertainment shows. Its a shame some of the guests were unnecessarily rude when they didnt get served straight away. The food was great and a varied selection even for a fussy eater. Different meals for lunch and dinner however breakfast remains the same daily. Make sure you get to the buffet before 9am as it does get busy, however the street bar also does a small array of breakfast dishes until around 11am. The entertainment team were incredible, they work long hours in the sun and still have so much energy, they love to get people involved but don't pressure anyone. There are plenty of activities during the day for all ages. I'm thinking about booking for next year as I had such a great time, it was the perfect first solo holiday.
