It’s not clean and the its was so terrible

Excellent service, very nice atmosphere, luxurious rooms

The hotel and hospitality services met our expectations.

The room is nice, the shower head is too low, there are slippers, red wine and cookies are provided

Great location. Great view to the Marina ( from some rooms ) peace and quite when sitting in the balcony . Staff is smiling to you and are very pleasant. Breakfast was great , with a large variety. Highly recommended and its value for money .

Overcharged, Neglected Rooms, and No Response, Serious Warning to Future Guests I am posting this review to highlight a deeply disappointing and frankly shocking experience at Herods Herzliya. For anyone considering this hotel, please read this first. Overcharge and Confusing Billing: We were overcharged significantly, and the final bill was both higher than expected and completely unclear. Despite requesting a correction and explanation, we received no response at all. Extensive Room Defects: The suite was full of neglected maintenance issues. Walls had poorly done patchwork and were never properly sanded or painted. The bathroom’s silicone seal was peeling away. The bedroom door frame was partially detached from the wall. The deck outside was in poor condition, with damaged wood and peeling finishes. The furniture was stained and even had visible rust on the legs of the sofa. Overall, it felt like a room that had been left to deteriorate rather than a luxury suite. Air Conditioning Failures: During a hot summer stay, the air conditioning failed and the “fix” only lasted a few hours before it stopped working again. Complete Lack of Response from Management: We were promised a response in seven business days. It has now been 12 days with no reply, no call, and no resolution. It’s clear they are not taking these concerns seriously. I am sharing this review to ensure others are aware. This experience was not just disappointing but truly unacceptable for a hotel of this supposed caliber. I will be posting photos and videos on these platforms so others can see the extent of the issues. I sincerely hope someone from management will finally reach out to resolve this. חיוב יתר, חדרים מוזנחים ואפס התייחסות: אזהרה רצינית לאורחים עתידיים אני כותב את הביקורת הזו כדי להזהיר כל מי ששוקל לשהות במלון הרודס הרצליה. החוויה שלנו הייתה מאכזבת באופן מוחלט ואפילו מזעזעת. עיקר הבעיות חיוב יתר וחשבונית מבלבלת: חויבנו בסכום גבוה מהצפוי, והחשבונית שקיבלנו הייתה מבלבלת ולא ברורה. ביקשנו הסבר ותיקון, אך לא קיבלנו שום תגובה. ליקויים נרחבים בחדר: הסוויטה הייתה מלאה בליקויים תחזוקתיים. הקירות היו עם תיקוני טיח גסים שלא שויפו או נצבעו כראוי, הסיליקון במקלחת התקלף, המשקוף בדלת חדר השינה היה מנותק בחלקו, הדק במרפסת היה פגום, והריהוט היה מוכתם עם חלודה גלויה. זה הרגיש כמו חדר מוזנח ולא כמו סוויטה יוקרתית. תקלות במזגן: במהלך שהות בקיץ חם, המזגן הפסיק לעבוד. התיקון שבוצע החזיק מעמד כמה שעות בלבד, ולאחר מכן שוב התקלקל. אפס תגובה מהנהלה: הובטח לנו שנקבל מענה תוך שבעה ימי עסקים. עברו כבר 12 יום ללא כל תגובה, ללא שיחה וללא פתרון. נראה שהם פשוט לא מתייחסים ברצינות. אני מפרסם את הביקורת הזו כדי שאחרים יהיו מודעים. זו הייתה חוויה לא רק מאכזבת אלא בלתי מתקבלת על הדעת למלון שמציג את עצמו כיוקרתי. אני אעלה תמונות וסרטונים לפלטפורמות האלו כדי שאחרים יראו את היקף הבעיות. אני מקווה מאוד שמישהו מהנהלה סוף סוף ייצור קשר כדי לפתור את הנושא.

This hotel always feels like coming home. The hotel staff are always so friendly and welcoming. The room was so beautiful. It had a balcony facing the marina. Such a calm view. Breakfast has so much variety. Everything is so delicious. A walk after breakfast brought us to marina and we had such great time. Happy birthday to my son ✨❤️

I was with my extended family. those who come independently should drive with an app, because you can easily miss the hotel, which is located between residential buildings that look almost the same. There is no possibility to go next to the sidewalk, there is no person who can see you coming and help, there is one luggage trolley, at the entrance (the rest are far away by the elevators inside). The hotel is supposedly accessible to the disabled, those in a wheelchair or very old, will not be able to enter or leave alone due to heavy, non-automatic and difficult to open doors, even the entrances with a slope that a non-motorized chair will have difficulty climbing without help. There are no shops or restaurants or attractions nearby at a walking distance, it is worth having a car. I would not recommend the hotel for families with small children or teenagers. The hotel has 2 small parking spaces on either side, and a bit of free parking on the street, we were in off season so I don't know how much of that is enough for guests in high season, what is certain is that the pool and sunbathing area are very small relative to the number of guests in the hotel. when we stayed the pool area was closed. We booked 6 rooms, months in advance and had several requests, mainly regarding the location of the rooms, almost none of them were answered, but when we check-in, the receptionist Ross tried his best to accommodate, was very patient and courteous. The hotel asks for the full prepayment before receiving the key room, and the receipt received by email before departure, a bit felt to me like the hotel doesn't trust his guests, In my opinion this is not something that suitable for a luxury hotel, another thing that is not suitable for a luxury hotel is that we were told that the room key cards can stop working if you put them next to a cell phone, so we were careful and yet on the second day of our visit, some of the cards stopped working, even the keys that were left in the room. When we got to the rooms in some of them AC did not work (the AC is central, and after we contacted the receptionist, the matter was arranged). The best thing about this hotel is the courtesy of the staff, every request is treated , one exception is the cleaning staff. Most of us were on the second floor of the hotel, the carpet hallway was covered with bleach stains, almost all rooms had a problem with the plumbing in the shower- when you turn on the shower pipe, the shower head that is fixed in the ceiling drips with cold water, in my room the towel intended for the bathroom floor was dirty including small hairs. Another strange thing: on the first day there were 2 face towels, next to the sink, on the second day only one, and on the third day none, when we asked for them, they said there were none and gave us regular size towels instead. The bathroom had a lot of water damage in the walls and mold in the ceiling, the toilet paper was thin and not soft, there is no dra

We just spent 3 weeks at herods hertzelia and have never had a better stay at a hotel anywhere. From housekeeping to kitchen staff, the most courteous, helpful people you will ever meet. They made the stay a 10 star experience. A spotless room, fresh towls twice a day. Sheets changed every morning. An amazing breakfast buffet plus a chef preparing eggs any way you want. We would stay here again and again! I cannot rave about this place enough! A very lovely experience and we will repeat it as many times as we can. Go, you won't be sorry!

We had a really nice time. Well-kept, excellent service, clean public areas. I love swimming and the pool is a decent size which was fun. The food was delicious; both breakfast and dinner; fresh, tasty, plentiful and modern. Being by the marina was new for us and gave us lovely views and areas to walk.

All i can say is WOW. Top notch. The rooms are modern and updated and within walking distance to the Med sea. Wow. The staff is very efficient and organized. Now to the Friday evening Sabbath dinner. WOW again. They have a buffet of kosher food heavy on vegetables with 60 cold items snd 40 hot ones. Then to the dessert buffet with at least 40 delicious treats. This hotel is top notch. I don't know of the cost since we were on a group travel plan.

This is an amazing hotel from start to finish. I usually stay at the Ritz but this hotel ha given the most wonderful customer service I have ever encountered in Israel. Check in was delightful.the luggage was taken to the room in minutes and the safe activated at the same time. The room was extremely comfortable and clean. I had a problem with the shower and next day a new shower head was replaced. What makes this hotel is its staff an outstanding team under strong leadership. The GM was visible and I spoke with him about his wonderful hotel and staff, his assistance GM Irena I believe was professional and helpful going above what any guest would expect. I received some complimentary gifts in room which was very much appreciated. What a joy to be in Israel and have such service together with a great hotel experience. If you are visiting Herzilya don’t stay anywhere else. Plus free parking Absolutely great

The food was disgusting, tasteless, and stale. They didn't help with my suitcases, and the flight was at night. It was a terrible experience, a shame.

A most pleasant journey and passage. Orly took great care of us to make our stay as sublime as possible. Can't wait to go back there and see his smile again. I recommend Friday to taste the dishes. Party night.
