Why didn't I be informed in advance? At this time, another lady in charge came over and asked me to cancel the existing order, book a room without dinner, and go out to take care of dinner myself. The hotel's handling method made me feel as if it was my fault, and I didn't accept it. Later, the lady also realized that they were wrong, so she asked me to cancel the original order, book a room without breakfast, and give us breakfast for free. The overall external environment of the hotel is satisfactory, with many green plants, fresh air, decent facilities, and indoor and outdoor parking lots. What about breakfast? It's worth the price of more than 400 yuan, but it's not rich in variety. The downside is that the bed in the room is too soft. Not to mention that it is difficult for a baby who is almost six months old to roll over in bed, even adults find it difficult to turn over when sleeping. In addition, there is no bag on the trash can in the room. What if the guest has wet trash? The cleaning lady is really hard-working. It would be better to have an extra basket in the bathroom for customers to put used towels and bathrobes, etc.

The overall accommodation conditions are OK, but the service and room details do not match the price. The welcome fruit redeemed by Ctrip points was not put into the room in advance. This service should be assigned to the room in advance (the room is assigned after arrival). I urged the front desk until I checked out, but I still did not receive it. The gym and swimming pool are also good, and there are hot mineral springs to soak in. It is cost-effective.
