Clean, big room, easy to get around. The staff were welcoming and attentive, making check-in a breeze, but don't speak English. My room was clean, spacious. The amenities were good, with tea bags but no coffee. . The hotel's location is good, just a short car ride to local attractions. complimentary toiletries and free Wi-Fi. Overall, my stay was good.

No hassle check in and check out. Upgraded me to a bigger room. The location is great and it has been my preferred hotel in Heshan over the years. The room is dated but it is clean.

Overall, the experience was quite good. There's parking, and it's quiet, so we didn't disturb each other's rest. The room was clean and tidy. The non-smoking room we originally booked was sold out, but the hotel upgraded it. The facilities were a bit dated, though. The service was excellent and very satisfying. The breakfast was also very good. It wasn't overly pre-made, but the variety was quite generous. It's a great value and highly recommended! Perfect for business or couples.

The room was great value for money, clean, and comfortable. Eating and drinking tea were very convenient and the food was excellent! Both the Japanese and Chinese food were very good! I would definitely book the Mandarin Oriental again next time! The Mandarin Oriental's food is indeed excellent.
