酒店地理位置交通便利，酒店大門口就是很大的停車場，車位充足，一到達酒店就直接停好車了，這點非常滿意，而且酒店內硬件設施齊全，基本上可以滿足我的需要。房間寬敞明亮，裝修非常典雅精緻，床鋪乾淨整潔、柔軟舒適，清潔用品齊備，而且衞生標準很高，讓人心裏非常舒服。前台小姐姐非常親切，服務態度熱情主動周到，熱情到讓我都覺得不好意思了。有需要反饋完馬上就解決了，非常貼心，真正的體會到了什麼是賓至如歸，整個入住體驗感拉滿，點贊。從入住到離店整個過程都非常滿意，對比一下經濟實惠的價格和熱情周到的服務，堪稱性價比之王，超級推薦。

酒店雖然開的很早，但是他的裝修實際現在看仍然屬於上乘，各方面設計細節的獨具匠心，酒店樓下四周都是停車位，比較方便，酒店樓層不多，但是每層房間很多，
有一個小問題，沒有提供洗手肥皂，是不是遺忘了呢😳

外出旅遊一向都喜歡自由行，第1次選擇維也納,雖然我知道維也納是連鎖酒店.酒店自上以下所有的工作人員服務態度都非常好，非常友善.沐浴露的香味很正很喜歡,洗髮水也是很正即使，沒有潤髮劑，但是出來的效果髮質很飄逸，很柔軟.杯墊不是紙的，是塑膠的,不會弄濕而且不會把玻璃杯滑到，充電口很人性化，即使你忘記帶充電器，在靠近電視機也有1拖3的充電口，直接插在手機或者平板充電。將自己購買的耳環放在椅子上面。拍照的背景很好看😃😃免費的自助洗衣房也很方便，在自助餐廳同一層也是在2樓，就是要自己準備洗衣液或者消毒液就可以了，真的很方便一家子出差旅遊洗衣服😘😘以後去其他城市旅遊也會選擇維也納，性價比真的很高🥰

這是一次非常深刻而不愉快的入住體驗。房間的空調非常吵非常吵非常吵！吵得整晚睡不太好、不開又感覺很悶而且聞到有一股淡淡的黴味！早上停電了大半個小時左右，房間裏黑漆漆的廁所也不敢上。後來聽到樓下有人説是整棟樓停電了，開了發電機之後才有點，但是正好窗户下邊就是發電房，發電機的聲音好比房間空調的吵聲一般大！而且發電機有可能燒柴油之類的吧，一大股柴油味之類的刺鼻味道 跑到房間裏！也是夠了！非常差勁！
