The location of the hotel is good, close to the ”Tuhe” highway. It is convenient for eating and shopping downstairs (there is a big supermarket). There is free parking, convenient parking. The sanitation of the hotel is average, and there are many remnants on the carpet in the room. Hotel management services are too general. When checking in, the front desk requires a deposit of 200 yuan. Why? The front desk said there were consumer goods in the room. After checking in, I went to the room and found that there were no small hand towels, towels, and floor towels. I called the front desk and asked the waiter to come to the room to check. The waiter went into the house and said: Because the small hand towels, towels, and floor towels were not enough, they were not provided. I asked the waiter: I only saw a list of consumer goods (see photo), where are the consumer goods? The waiter said it was not worthy for a long time, and the front desk didn't know. Only the detail cards of the consumer goods are placed in the room, and the consumer goods are not worthy. How can the guests explain clearly? When checking out, the front desk asked the waiter to check the room before letting the guests go. Is the management of the hotel a bit out of date? Now how can there be any guests checking out and waiting for the waiter to check the room before letting them go? Even the inn does not do this.
