BOTH THE LOCATION AND SERVICE IS BEYOND EXPECTATIONS, GREAT BREAKFAST TOO

It's ok for a couple of nights + Modern, spacious and clean rooms + Good Wi-Fi connection + Decent breakfast + SPA and related amenities - No gym - There was the reconstruction work on my floor, so someone drilled from time to time - unacceptable attitude

The hotel is right next to the small square in the city center, which is very convenient. It's not far from Lake Hévíz and there are many dining options nearby. The bar and restaurant recommended by the front desk lady has a resident grandfather who sings local songs and is quite good. There is a spa that is very relaxing. The children love it.

Headline: Unfair Treatment During War / Force Majeure - Avoid! Review: I had an extremely disappointing experience with ZENA Beauty + Med Center. Due to the regional conflict and sudden flight cancellations (Force Majeure), we were physically unable to reach the hotel on June 13th. Despite the extraordinary circumstances, the hotel charged us the FULL amount for 8 nights and refused any fair solution. Their only "offer" was to move our peak-season June stay to January (off-season) and for fewer nights! This is a complete lack of empathy and unfair commercial practice. We paid for 8 nights in the summer and received nothing in return. They are literally profiting from a war situation. We have filed a formal complaint with the Hungarian Consumer Protection and the Arbitration Board.
