酒店的服務態度很好，工作專業，辦理速度快，服務熱情，房間衞生乾淨，當我準備和朋友續住的時候我們中午出門下午回來的時候客房大姐就已經幫我們把房間裏打理好了我的東西也幫我整理好了！好貼心的服務！這家酒店管理真的很到位，熱水熱的很快、空調也非常涼快！我們住得很開心舒服給老闆一個大大的贊！祝店家生意興隆哈！太棒了

入住發現紙巾盒裡有用過的安全套，非常噁心，還用了紙巾，後期還要去做檢查。但是反饋酒店也就是換個房間完事，本來我衹是讓酒店退**次房費，前台説老闆會過來協商，酒店老闆也一直沒有出面解決問題。投訴攜程處理，然後説酒店老闆説不退錢，就沒下文了，攜程也很難溝通協調了。出差7年，最糟心的一次住宿體驗。已投訴12315平台處理。
