The environment and service are very good. The buffet breakfast is very good in Heyuan. I went to their buffet for dinner in the evening. It was worth a hundred yuan, but the oysters made me feel like I was eating **, hahahaha

The room is very comfortable and the living room is large. Overall, I can give it 100 points.

The hotel is in the city center. The location is very convenient. The front desk manager Anne Shi is very considerate. She made a check-in call in advance and arranged a room according to my requirements. The room has a good view and comes with free breakfast. I will choose to stay here next time. .

This is not the service of a 5 star hotel! Second, when checking in, the front desk was unskilled. There are obviously 4 check-in counters and 4 staff on site, but two are opened for us to queue up? Two are busy and two are chatting in the back. After waiting for a few minutes, I realized that if there were many people, an extra location would be opened for processing. The process was unskilled and slow! Third, there are a bunch of priced consumer goods in the room. The room price is 600 and they are still using the same routine as an ordinary hotel. Although they say they don’t need to pay for it, it feels a bit disgusting, which is not what a 5-star hotel should show! Fourth, the room types are randomly arranged to deceive the hotel. I booked 4 cloud rooms on Ctrip 4 days in advance on the platform, with 3 large beds and 1 twin bed. It was supposed to be a family trip, so I made a note that I wanted to be on the same floor. After placing the order, the hotel called me to confirm and promised to give it to me. Arranged. The result is that we were indeed arranged on the same floor, but the twin room was shrunk and compared to the picture above, there was no bathtub! Small area! The room type has been reduced but the room is full. If you can change the room, you will feel like your service is heavenly! How do you try to trick someone into getting away with it after being discovered by a customer? Summary: Not cost-effective, the price is high and the service is not up to par! The location is remote, there is nothing to eat nearby, and it is not a river view. I define this as an apartment hotel, not a 5 star hotel.

The hardware is five-star, but the service cannot keep up. We had children with us and a lot of luggage. When the doorman saw it, he would not take the initiative to help us with our luggage. Except for an additional capsule coffee machine, the area and decoration of the executive room and the cloud room are exactly the same. The floor is still low. I saw in the reviews that there were small dolls for children, so I asked the front desk and the answer was no. The cafe in the lobby is not open either. Breakfast is very average, the food is not delicious. A hotel that I will never stay at again.

The lobby manager and all the front desk staff are very kind~ The fruits, homemade biscuits, and milk are all warm~ The room is really clean and all the details are in place~~ Clean and tidy The bathtub is also very good~~Heyuan must be the hotel of choice next time~~
