It’s worth taking your children to play when the weather is nice. It’s recommended to check in early so you can go to Dragon Bones Paradise on the same day and continue playing the next day. The environment is really nice.

I rarely give negative reviews. The hotel is very humid, no different from a business express hotel. The biggest complaint is the breakfast. There are very few varieties and it's all about grabbing. The service attitude is poor. It's the worst experience. The overall service can't keep up at all

The room is full of sense of design, with warm and classic colors. The arc-shaped arch touched me at once. The scenery outside the hotel is very good, and the design of Keel Paradise is considerate and comfortable, which is very suitable for children to have fun in it. Climbing, small ropeway, and jumping over the clouds had a lot of fun. Scatter in the hotel yard in the morning, feel the metaphor of green apples to youth, and feel the optimistic, cheerful and interesting messages captured. The whole project is comfortable, and the ups and downs of the landscape vegetation are constantly surprising. The very good lake surface is said to have widened the original lake surface in order to achieve the best viewing effect of more than 8-10 meters. It is very convenient to eat in the commercial street. You can choose from a variety of buffet and western food. It is a place for adults and children to have fun. The kayaking project has won my heart. It is very interesting to go boating on the lake, see the flocks of geese and ducks, and see the schoolchildren kayaking seriously.

I hope that more indoor activities can be added, so that there are more choices when the weather is bad or too sunny. Although the infinity pool is not big, it is still quite nice. The hotel is very nice, clean and bright, without the strange smell of many hotels 😄 The room facilities are also good, there are free fruit plates, 3 bottles of mineral water, and two bowls of white fungus soup! Everything in the room is free, and you need to pay for additions! The service is very good, every service staff, even the cleaners, are very polite and greet each other warmly! 👍

之前就聽朋友推薦説春沐源是非常適合帶小朋友的地方，所以這次計劃前來河源春沐源棕櫚樹酒店玩耍，選擇了兩天一夜進行體驗。來到已經下午3點了，由於停車場非常的小剛好也是國慶假期10.1號所以很多旅客前來入住，所以我們找了一陣車位，地庫沒有位置又上來了地面大堂門口暫時停放，停好車已經3:15了。check in的時候正好辦理完前一批遊客入住，所以我們並沒有等很久。接待我們check in的小姐姐叫小吳JANNE，由於我們當時在攜程上預訂沒有了解清楚包含的項目所以我們預訂的其實是温泉及早餐的房間並沒有包含水上樂園及恐龍島樂園，其實這也是我們沒有想到的。我們認為住在該棕櫚樹酒店裡就應該包含這兩項項目，因為我們4個家庭一起出行帶了很多的小朋友，主要目的肯定是這兩個地方的遊玩，我覺得這點酒店應該要改進，畢竟假期預訂的價格並不便宜。很多酒店都是因為包含了小孩遊玩設施以及項目才會吸引親子游的遊客。幸好接待我們的check in分小吳JANNE非常耐心的給我們解釋，最後也為我們提供最優的方案我們加了錢還另外贈送了門票可以兩天自由出入玩這兩個項目。小吳JANNE真的很值得給好評，人非常的nice一直跟進我們幾個家庭的入住直到送我們進入房間並總是細微的瞭解我們的需求。雖然酒店不包含小童遊玩的兩項重大項目很不合理但是在細節中也有給到心理安慰，入住棕櫚樹酒店的客人可以獲得雪糕券一張含三份，有晚安牛奶送入房間，吧枱冰箱裏的飲品及零食可以免費享用。房間也很貼心的配備了蒸汽眼罩以及3M耳塞，小童生活洗漱用品。這些小細節都是值得點讚的。另外房間的構造也很温馨舒適，每間房帶一個小陽台，景色都是不錯的，燈也比較明亮，廁所乾濕分離，馬桶也是全自動的，整體很乾凈舒服，體驗感很不錯。第二天的早餐之前上網看評論説挺一般的，其實就中規中矩吧，該有的也還是有的，也有河源特色米粉和煎餅果子。但建議早些去用餐錯開高峯期吧不然這兩處特色食物都得排很長的隊。當然不能和一些大品牌的酒店相比那麼西式化，因為春沐源這裏的幾家酒店都是分開區域的，所以位置並不大，客房也總共衹有3層，有一個挺舒適的公共區域，總的來説這裏的酒店也不是大品牌那種住二十幾層的那種構造的酒店。這兩天主要真的是帶孩子遊玩小童項目，水上樂園和恐龍蛋樂園都並不是很大但絕對夠小孩子玩得盡興畢竟小孩子就是要玩這些的，然後剛好國慶在大草坪上有在舉行活動氛圍很不錯！户外是有一個湖畔的這兩天真的非常非常舒服，風非常有涼意，是秋天的感覺，帶孩子真的是一點都不累，如果是炎熱的夏天在户外不敢想。户外有幾塊很大的草坪非常適合小朋友玩飛碟或者踢足球的，沿途也有一些小吃賣價格就也還行吧，特別是在水上樂園玩的話真的挺剛需的，孩子玩着玩着會餓，所以我覺得一定會消費的，我又再次感到既然都肯定會消費的，每個家庭消費都得百來塊瞭如果酒店都不包含這兩個地方預訂還要另外購買那真的太不合理了。户外還有兩間咖啡店有個藝術館，藝術館好像也是另外買票我們沒有去也沒有時間，湖畔可以劃皮划艇當然也是要另外收費。入住的遊客就自己定奪另外需要增加的遊玩項目吧。晚上有篝火晚會挺有假期氛圍的，但一定要看管好小孩，假期很多人。棕櫚樹本來就包含了温泉的，就是其它酒店要玩的話是要搭酒店的接駁車來遊玩的，所以帶孩子一定要選擇棕櫚樹，很方便下樓就是所有的户外活動區域了包括温泉。這兩天的體驗準備完滿結束了，由於我本身是孕婦且與大家庭家族出遊所以很多小孩子，隔天吃完早餐想着經過前台問問能否幫忙申請延遲退房的問題，這是前台的這位Amiee令我們非常不滿意，她態度非常不友好且果決拒絕我們想延遲1點退房的要求，説假期很多客人已經陸續要辦理入住，説領導發話堅決不能同意延遲退房，這一點是非常不人性化的，至少作為一名孕婦我並沒有被這家酒店得到重視以及優待，這點請貴酒店領導進行教育以及改進。最後我們還是聯繫了小吳JANNE，雖然沒有能夠滿足我其實想延遲到2點的要求，但至少不是一口回絕而是細心查詢併為我們去申請一下最後也爭取到了1點退房，所以很滿意很滿意她的接待和理解。最後總體來説還是不錯的，衹是希望假期雖然理解人多且價格上漲，但至少一些接待態度以及服務也需要得到相應的上漲對吧。雖然有小插曲但下次還是會推薦朋友來或再次體驗的^_^
