萬達品牌是可靠的，房間設施齊全乾凈，臨街的窗户隔音很好，反倒是入户門和隔斷牆的隔音效果不好，聽得見隔壁女士高跟鞋走路和男士打鼾。前台經理耐心細緻，退房時還送給我路上喝的水。停車免費，周邊是大型社區和商場，吃喝應有盡有，非常方便。下次來菏澤，還會住在這裏！

地理位置比較不錯，萬達對過。：附近吃的喝的玩的，相當方便。酒店前台服務熱情，也比較貼心。客房服務員培訓到位，見到客人會主動問好。美中不足的是隔音不好，隔壁房間電視生意開的太大，給放電影一樣。投訴後把電視機關掉了。早餐是8點五十下去的，或許接近閉餐時間了，基本上都是空的了，但是服務態度，專業非常不錯。

説實話這個價位有點不符合我的預期，一進門一股子潮不拉幾的味道，不知道是不是上一個房客走後通風不及時。衞生間洗澡的時候沒有防滑墊送的拖鞋又不能濕水，衹能光着腳洗澡，都不敢亂動，怕滑倒。然後排氣扇也不知道能用還是不能用，一點排氣的聲音都聽不到。房間內設施也相當一般，化粧鏡都沒有燈，本來屋裡的光就不亮，基本上也用不了這個鏡子。沙發也裂皮了😰難道這個酒店不應該是菏澤最好的酒店麼，挺失望的

畢竟是萬達的品牌服務方面態度什麼的沒的説很不錯，就是有兩點，我定的行政套房，房間的被子很薄，和其它城市同類酒店差距大，第二就是早餐的餐廳問題，首先用餐的盤子換了幾個都是一樣，上面有刷碗之後殘留的水漬印，問服務員，告知是磨損，可是我用手或紙巾明明是可以擦下去的（深色盤子幾乎都有、淺色盤子看不出來而已）再有就是保温的熱菜箱都是開着蓋的，菜品是温的，端到餐桌再去拿其它的東西等吃的時候就涼了（建議以後蓋上）最後就是水果，我還特意找了個大點的小番茄做對比，切的塊那個小啊（比承認大拇指一個關節大一點點）那個水果罐頭塊更小！總體來説還是不錯的
