Public holiday, compared with several hotels and finally chose Shanshui Garden Hotel, mainly attracted by the overall style and environment, the room conditions in the whole county are considered the best, Zen style, smart curtains. The sky garden is really relaxing and beautiful, and the breakfast room is also on the roof. All in all, it is a must-have to kill time. You can read a book, drink tea and enjoy the afternoon. What impressed me the few days of staying is the service ladies at the front desk, who are very enthusiastic, just like friends. The restaurant on the second floor is full of specialties, and there are also some that should be there without leaving home. I named and praised the little swallow beauty at the front desk and helped me send fast food to the room.

Bring the children out to play, the front desk lady is very good, the service is very good, the children like it very much. The hotel also has a laundry room, it is not convenient to bring the children, the waiter also sent a dryer to the room. At first, I was afraid that the child could not get up. I didn’t book a room with breakfast. I went to the hotel’s morning tea later. The price was very favorable and the taste was very good. There was no money for oil tea. I drank it casually. It was not bad.

This hotel is the best in Hezhou, decorated in a grand style. The view from the room is open to the sun. The room was clean but had a little smoke smell. The toilet is very spacious and the toilet is independent. The hardware is basically in place but the service needs to be improved. Before checking in, I called the hotel twice to ask if I needed to show a nucleic acid report. Both times I said yes but I didn't read the result. There was only one younger brother at the front desk when I checked in and there were constantly other guests asking him questions without queuing. He tried to help me check in while answering other guests' questions. As a result, the entire check-in experience was substandard. I booked two rooms with different bed types, thank you very much for arranging our rooms together without asking, but the front desk didn't explain which room is a double bed and which is a double bed, so they gave me the room card directly and the twin room only gave one open. My room rate included breakfast, and the front desk didn't confirm with me and didn't tell me where to eat breakfast. This is not a chain hotel service level.
