I Am A ”Mariott Rewards Member” & A Loyal ”Marriott Hotel Guest” For Many Years Now. I Would Have Rated My Hotel Guest Experience With FIVE STARS But I Was Approached Yesterday By A Male Restaurant Employee In An Unprofessional/Unwelcoming Way! I Was On The Complimentary Computer & An African American Male Restaurant Employee Approached Me With ”I Know Who You Are & I Saw You When You Entered The Hotel.” He Then Informed Me That The Complimentary Computer Is For Hotel Guests Only WITHOUT EVEN Asking Me If I Had A Hotel Reservation Or If I Was A Hotel Guest!! I Communicated With Jennifer-”Front Desk” That Was Friendly & Professional That Made Me Feel Special As A ”Marriott Hotel Guest”. I Feel Based On My Gender & Race That Was The Reason Why I Was Approached Unprofessional That Made Me Feel Unwelcomed As A ”Marriott Hotel Guest”! I Had A Moment Where I Wanted To CRY! I Am Thankful For Jennifer-”Front Desk” That Was Friendly & Professional To Me As A ”Hotel Guest”. My Hotel Room Was Very Spacious, Clean & Comfortable Which I Expect At ”Marriott Hotel”. The Hotel Lobby Is Very Visually Attractive & So Is The Gazebo As Well. PLEASE Communicate To The Male Restaurant Employee To Approach ALL Hotel Guests In A Professional Manner Concerning A Hotel Guest's Reservation At This Hotel Property When He Sees Hotel Guests Using The Hotel's Complimentary Computer In The Future!! I Really Need To Communicate As Well To The ”General Manager” Amoy & Antoinette Johnson-”Guest Services Manager” On My Hotel Guest Experience Concerning The Restaurant Male Employee!!

5 STARS because the staff was exceptional! Very friendly, courteous, helpful, attentive, engaged, kind. Very large lobby for gathering or relaxing. Nice little bar area for socializing and meeting others. Large dining area with plenty of seating for a single traveler to a large group. Room (2 queens) was pleasantly comfortable. Linens are soft, light and weighted to keep you warm but not sweaty. Bedding as comfortable and allowed for good rest and relaxation. Pillows were also comfortable. Lots of sitting and desktop space but a lack of storage - just three drawers and a closet; this was a bit tight for 3 travelers from Thursday - Sunday...but we made it work. Bathroom was spacious. Fridge but no microwave. Lots of counter space and a couple cubby slots for storage. Traditional bath/shower combo. Bath linens were scratchy soft. A decent fitness center. Nice campus that is maintained. Overall, extremely satisfied with our stay here. Highly recommend.

Sat., 12/17/22. Came down for breakfast at 8:10am. Reported at 8:13, the biscuits needed to be replenished. Front desk clerk who remained in the back and only came out when some approached the desk stated she is working on it. Then proceeded to observe 5 employees parade in after clocking in (my assumption based on how quickly they were trying to get in the employee entrance) to come fix their plates (not 1 but 2 piled high) and walk to the back. I see why there is no food on the breakfast bar! Where is the manager? There needs to be a mgr working on the wkends for this reason. We waited 30 minutes for the replenishment of fruit and still nothing. I am used to seeing everyone assist when there are a lot of guests waiting. It’s called teamwork. Hilton/Hampton Inn a few recommendations: check clock-ins, install cameras, check food inventory and have a mgr working wkends. Remember customers and customer satisfaction drives business.

The hotel is very good, the price is a bit high, the hotel room is clean and tidy, the hotel service is also very good, suitable for business trips, there are bars and restaurants in the store, it is more convenient to eat

I'm sure some of the rooms here are very nice, but though mine was ”superior” (according to Wyndham), it wasn't one of the very nice ones. It was in a wing of the complex accessed through a maze, overlooking the parking lot on one side, and with a window to the dining area on another. The dining area window was interesting in the morning when I, in my underwear, opened the shutters to let in some light and discovered a crowd having breakfast. Other things that contribute to a subpar experience: bathroom sink that didn't drain, no convenient outlets next to the bed for charging, no light switch next to the bed, confusingly placed wall switches, uninteresting TV channel selection. Bar closed at 9? 10? too early anyway. Breakfast was nice, in a nice, though small, corner of a room. The older part of the building is beautiful. Pleasant outdoor porch seating areas.

Very quiet, near the airport and the city center.

The hotel lobby is lovely with high ceilings, that’s about the only good here. Elevators were dirty and sketchy, at best. The bed was the most uncomfortable accommodation I have ever slept on. I have a back ache from the crappy mattress. The breakfast buffet is $12! But when we came down at 9am (it closes at 10) the food was nearly gone and what remained did not look appeasing. The pool area has like five chairs for parents and we had to ask for pool towels 3x before anyone brought any down. The pool had maybe 16 kids and they brought ten towels. This place is a waste or money.
