Excellent...Reception staff Aiden and Elise were friendly, helpful and made you feel more than welcome ( they definitely deserve to be promoted soon...they go above and beyond their job description 💯👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 ) the room itself was clean and comfortable and the surrounding area nice and peaceful ..overall an excellent experience thank you. 10/10 👈🏻👏🏻

Family room was good, our children commented on how comfortable their beds were. There were extra pillows available too. Friendly staff and great location with free guest parking. Great base for visiting local beaches. We took a short drive along to Barton on sea which was lovely.

Very well-positioned hotel in terms of location for the Christchurch area, but also as it is set back from a busy road so minimizing traffic noise, Our room no 29, was in a very quiet part of the hotel and we would ask for that particular corridor when staying there again, A good lot of parking and access to the Globe pub which is serviceable and busy on the night we were there, and had the Champions League on a TV in a secluded alcove, with nobody watching it! One good feature of this hotel was that when we rang to ask questions someone answered on the first ring, a true rarity on the numbers supplied on the Whitbread website.

The hotel was situated in an easy to find location with a spacious car park. The Globe Inn provided a good choice of food including a nice continental breakfast. Lots of shops to be found just outside and a nice few minutes walk to the cliff paths.

The staff here are amazing especially Aidan who, along with his colleagues, is friendly, professional and helpful. I love this hotel and come here about 4 times a year to visit friend who live locally. Plenty of parking too which is always important.

Poor internet, reception staff not fully engaged, food average, oil too hot chips brown and peas over cooked steak...spot on....new batteries needed in remote for TV..... bathroom not as clean as I could be...... overall disappointed. Will rate breakfast tomorrow..... it's breakfast surely that's easier

Easy booking online for multiple rooms, great price. Staff very helpful and friendly. Issue with one room sorted quickly and without fuss. Rooms comfortable and all well appointed. Breakfast good price and delicious

Stayed there for 4 nights and it was really good. I will definitely recommend to family and friends. Was my 1st time staying in a premier inn and will stay again. Food next door was lovely and the staff very friendly

Premier Inns are so reliable. This hotel ticked the boxes - comfortable, clean and all the basics 5here. At £65 for the night it is really good value. Staff very helpful and friendly and the breakfast in the next door Globe Inn was really good. It was a pleasant surprise to find it was not a tired buffet with hard fried eggs but a cooked to order full English breakfast. All in all a very pleasant stay and extremely good value.
