The location and the availability of a shuttle to Ravinia was the primary reason we stayed here. We had to wait for over an hour on our initial attempt to check in at 3pm to get the room we had already paid for. There were some amenities, but most of them required additional payments. This didn't use to be the case. All in all we did still enjoy our stay.

Very good hotel. Very quiet. In a safe area, a five-minute walk to the shopping mall, supermarket, shopping, and dining are very convenient. The room was also very clean.
