great welcome with nice staff. Supervisory management. great location. very nice beach and swimmable. large enough rooms with a Seaview and a big terrace.i strongly recommend this hotel Disliked · the pool can be more clean. however, it's not the hotel's fault. it's because of people who did not take a shower before swimming.

Beachfront hotel with all sea facing rooms. Great hospitality and well appointed rooms. Close to Hikka centre and 2 hrs drive from CMB. Breakfast is adequate and is an option during booking. The kitchen has choice but not recommended for anything other than breakfast. We had a lovely time.

We took a tuktuk with Ruwan Hetiarachichi after having dinner here. We accidentally left an almost new smartphone in the tuktuk. Ruwan kindly brought the phone back to us at our villa, 15 minutes drive away. He was so helpful and honest, we really appreciated it.

The worst hotel experience ever had. The pool was very dirty with insects and other creatures in it. Staff was horrible and only one person (labourer) was able to atleast smile with the guests. However, it had spacious rooms with average level of facilities. Although wifi was there, the hotel staff informed that it has been disconnected and hence the service was not offered. The bathrooms were also spacious, but the towels were very dirty and did not even have sufficient complementariness. The food was very expensive and was not tasty either... The main positive aspect was the magnificent location besides the hikka beach side and the rooms had the beach view. The hotel beach area was very clean. The location of the hotel could have been used more than the existing condition, if it had a proper hotel manager.

The room was dirty starting from the bed sheets and the balcony was with plastic cheap chairs doesn't worth the money paid. Talking about the WC as it was like a nightmare dirty towels and disgusting shower also.

Pros: 1. Good location 2. Good architecture and layout 3. Spacious rooms 4. Great view from the sea view rooms 5. Have their own sunbeds, give out clean towels 6. We were able to check into the room earlier than the check-in time Cons: 1. No breakfast 2. Very average service 3. No lift!!!! (there are 4 floors with large spans in the hotel) 4. The territory of the beach is not guarded, beggars overcome catastrophically, very annoying and even aggressive characters come across 5. In April there were waves, it was impossible to swim in the sea near the hotel 6. I think the cost for living considering the country and the above nuances — overpriced! TOTAL: I would not stay at this hotel again and would not recommend it. For those who want hotel comfort, there are many better options, for those who do not want to spend money, there are magnificent villas.
