Everything does not match the price. Both air conditioners in the room we were given were broken. When asked to change rooms, they were not replaced. We had to ask someone to fix it, which caused water all over the floor. I don’t recommend staying there. The photos are definitely nice. Yes, but they are all illusions

Nice hotel with nice view. I had a problem with payment, hotel charged my credit card 2x for the same stay. It took 5 long weeks to receive refund. Mistake may happen but this should take days not weeks to fix it. Hotel has a good restaurant but expensive. Some 5 stars hotel have cheaper restaurants.

The hotel is nice, but located far away from any restaurants or shops. Hotel charges my room twice. I paid 2 x for the same stay. After a month of fight with the hotel I still did not received refund. Restaurant in the hotel is good but expensive. Hotel has many 20+ rooms and only 8 sunbeds at the beach. No sunbeds at the pool!!!!

I just wanted to thank the amazing staff at Crystal Sand. The hotel is truly wonderful, and the food is excellent. Everything exceeded our expectations! You all made our stay extra special.

I had a wonderful stay at Crystal Sands in Hikkaduwa. The hotel is modern, clean, and located right by the beautiful beach. Rooms: The apartments are spacious, stylishly decorated, and offer a stunning ocean view. The beds were very comfortable. Service: The staff was incredibly professional, helpful, and always greeted us with a smile. Facilities: I especially loved the rooftop infinity pool – it’s the perfect spot to watch the sunset. The food at the restaurant was also delicious, with a good variety of options. Overall, it’s a perfect place for a relaxing getaway. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Hikkaduwa!

Overall a fantastic stay at Crystal Sands! The location and views you get from your balcony is amazing and the addition of the plunge pool made it more special. The amenities provided were exactly what we needed and the food at the restaurant was tasty and reasonable priced. Big shoutout to the team. Especially Ajith from tempest restaurant for going above and beyond at breakfast and giving excellent service. Overall I highly recommend.
