Best Western Hilliard Inn Suites

Facility was very clean and the breakfast staff was very friendly

All is ok , but i stay at ground level and at the night up level walking nosise make me up . Breakfast was ok.

It has a very small pool and area surrounding pool, also there is no hot tub. If you those things are important to you, pick a different place. That's the only negative.

Quick check in. Very clean but didn't smell antiseptic! Everything in good condition. I only wish the fridge had a freezer for my ice packs! Nice area but restaurants were on the pricy side

Had a great stay this past weekend. Came in from out of town and was pleasantly surprised. Room was clean, pool was clean and workout room was great. Will definitely stay there again.

Breakfast is great. Free coffee at lobby is always great for my wife and me as both are heavy coffee consumers. Except one thing about the check-in time, we got an issue with the front desk due to their elevator was out for days and we tried to check in a little bit to try to get a first or second floor. But then the staff told us to get back around 3-4pm so that they will do best to reserve one room for us as we have to stay their for 4 days. But the second shift staff didn't know as there is no remark / record. Anyhow we like all the services and amenities of this hotel. And should be back later with our house issues being resolved.

Clean and well maintained. Other than being provided a 3 rd floor room and instructed where the elevator is, only to find the elevator not in service, it was a very good value!

Needed a quick overnight stay. Room was clean and beds was comfortable. The lobby and halls were not tighty but we had a late arrival. Breakfast was typical but nothing to be picky about.
