"I have stayed at this hotel on several occasions over the past 10 years and mind it to be impressive for an airport hotel. It is conveniently located a few miles from Heathrow with regular bus services stopping right outside the door. The rooms are comfortable and clean with all the basic amenities needed for a 1 night stay. The on-site restaurant, bar, and Costa coffee shop are a welcome addition. The bar, serves food until late and stays open even later for drinks. The buffet breakfast is varied and excellent quality. Highly recommended."

"Overall, it was great! Excellent value for money and the decor was lovely. It's really close to the terminal, just a 5-minute taxi ride away, and there are plenty of shuttle buses to the airport every day. I'd definitely choose to stay here again!"

"The room I booked was supposed to be a brand new suite, but it wasn't. It was completely different to the picture I was sent. The bed was nice and comfortable. Luckily I took some tea bags and milk with me, as only 2 tea bags were there!!. I went down for dinner and had a yummy steak and ale pie. Got up, had a shower and packed ready for the bus to the airport. Got the bus ok, and got to the airport in plenty of time."

"Let's start with the location and surroundings – it's incredibly convenient! I flew directly from Beijing Daxing to London Heathrow T4. After collecting my luggage, I just took the elevator to the second floor and walked along the corridor to the hotel, as shown in picture one. The entire journey was about 6-7 minutes, all within the airport terminal, so no worries about wind or rain outdoors. Facilities: The facilities are very comprehensive. There's a vanity mirror, hairdryer, and hangers – everything you need. The room isn't huge, about 15 square meters, but the space is perfectly adequate. Cleanliness: The cleanliness is excellent! The small room was spotless and had no strange odors. Service: The service definitely deserves praise. Breakfast starts at 5 AM and is a buffet with fruit, yogurt, a full English breakfast, croissants, and orange juice. It's perfect for business travelers who need to rest and catch an early flight."

"Whilst in a great location if you are travelling out of Heathrow, I didn’t feel this hotel is the best value for money. Having stayed at both other Ibis hotels on bath road (for much less money), I think this one in my opinion falls slightly below par - that’s even compared to the ibis budget further along Bath Road! The rooms are small, didn’t find the bed comfortable. Overall, the hotel felt very cramped. Like I said, for a quick overnight stay and for travelling out of Heathrow, it is a good option, otherwise I’d look elsewhere!"

"Nothing out of the ordinary. Standard service level of a chain hotel group. At least nothing negative to talk about. That said, a few good comments as follows: 1. Despite so close to the airport, it was very quiet at night. That means if you are a light sleeper, you won’t have any problem sleeping from plane noise.  2. Even though the hotel is close to the airport, you can’t walk to the hotel from the terminal. You can take taxis (cost about £13), ride share, hotel shuttles that cost you £6.50 per person, or in my case, take public bus U3 or A4 from Central Bus Station that stops across street from the hotel (cost £1.75).  Would I stay again in the same hotel? Most probably yes for its value for money."

"I recently stayed at this hotel for a 3-night visit while travelling to London for medical treatment. I specifically chose this property because it advertised a gym and steam room, which I needed to support my recovery. Unfortunately, these facilities were completely out of service on arrival, and at no point before or during booking was I informed that they were unavailable. This was extremely disappointing given that these facilities were the main reason for choosing this hotel. Prior to booking, I had also explained that I have several allergies and requested that something I brought with me be heated up upon arrival. When I asked at reception, the young gentleman was unsure and checked with a colleague, whom I assume was his line manager. Despite the fact that the item could’ve been baby food and that my allergies were noted on my booking, the response was dismissive, and no questions or context were asked, the female receptionist didn’t even look up from the screen as she answered. I fully appreciate the importance of avoiding cross-contamination in hotel kitchens, but the lack of communication or willingness to understand the situation felt unnecessarily unhelpful. When I raised the issue regarding the closed facilities, the hotel did not provide any solution or meaningful support, and they also failed to respond to Trip.com for more than 24 hours, even though we were due to check out the next morning. This lack of communication made the situation more frustrating and felt very unprofessional. To their credit, Trip.com stepped in where the hotel didn’t and resolved the issue the best way they could. However, the hotel’s customer service and failure to provide advertised amenities fell well below expectations for a Radisson-branded property. The room itself was clean, house keeping staff very helpful and attentiveand the location is convenient for Heathrow, but the lack of advertised facilities and the unresponsiveness left a poor impression overall. I hope the hotel improves their communication and ensures that major facilities shown in listings are actually available to guests, and that staff take more care when dealing with guests who have specific health or dietary needs."

"Great place to stay for families with near new facilities across the hotel. Very good breakfast with lots of different choices and friendly staff. The only drawback is the location which is not close to public transport however uber and bolt is quite convenient and can also take the shuttle bus to the airport then connect the tube to anywhere. Overall great and will stay there again."

"I stayed at the Sheraton Heathrow Hotel and had a very pleasant experience overall. I took a taxi from the airport and arrived in less than 10 minutes, which only cost a few pounds more than the Hotel Hoppa. For two of us with two large suitcases, this was much more convenient, especially since the bus only runs about once an hour for our timing. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the hotel offered mince pies and hot chocolate at reception, which was a lovely Christmas welcome. The room was nice and clean, and the bathroom was well equipped with basic toiletries and body lotion. The bedding was extremely comfortable and we slept very well. We also rented a car from next door, so the location of this hotel was a big plus for us. Overall, a very convenient and comfortable stay near Heathrow."
